They tell us no one knows the market like we do and that they would never look anywhere else for the latest collections and the best service. Because of that, some of our customers have been with us for over 50 years – we like to think of them as ‘friends of the business’.
There are 4 Watches of Switzerland showrooms in the United States, including dedicated Rolex, Breitling and Omega boutiques.
At each you’ll find the same warm welcome and personal approach, where no question is too hard and no request too much.
Although we can’t offer you a glass of champagne here on our website, we hope you feel especially welcome and enjoy browsing our collections. Delivery experience was horrible
The watch is amazing. However, the delivery was an ordeal. The FedEx guy left a note at my doorstep saying I did not answer his calls, without even trying to call me and I had to go all the way to their office to pick it. They told me to get there by 5 PM. I reached their office at 6:30 and the watch was still not available with them and I had to wait once again. This was a gift from my girlfriend and the whole experience got ruined because of the incompetence of FedEx

I ordered a Tudor Balck Bay 39
I ordered a Tudor Balck Bay 39. I was told by email I would receive the package next day, but only a label was printed and was sent out the next day. I don’t mind since it was still fast enough for me but it’s not ideal to tell someone they will get something the next day and receive it two days later. More importantly the watch came in the Tudor box inside of a WOS box inside of the shipping box which was good. Once I opened the box, the problem started. The watch was not centered and loose on the watch holder. The tag was not on the watch but loosely thrown in the box. The watch had no original wrapping or seals. The watch had some smudges and even a small imperfection on the bracelet clasp. I love the watch but sadly disappointed in the overall presentation I got from WOS.
