I’ve been texting you from almost 4 hrs and still you r not even responding at all

Very bad and pathetic. Lost ma clothes. Dint even revert back . Very unprofessional. Highly disappointed.

The worst pathetic service. They lost my closthes and never paid for that. The delivery will always be 7 days late. Will overcharge you when the bill comes. No bill or estimate will be given when you’re handing out the clothes.

Very poor drycleaning service. Clothes not even ironed properly. DO Not even try washho and spoil clothes

Horrible. The absolute worst. They schedule a pickup, then send a msg saying they're trying to reach us, then they unschedule it. Then when the guy comes to pick up the clothes, they charge more than what was published. Then when the clothes come back 5 days later (instead of 3), half the clothes are not washed. Try to email or speak to them, absolutely no response. Thieves with zero ethics. Worst experience. Never even think of using their service.

I couldn't give zero stars ! They have done everything that they shouldn't have. They make a promise of 3 days . They deliver it after 15 days. They say my order is out for delivery and there is no response from delivery guy. My order apparently has been with the delivery guy for 3 days. Worst experience I've ever had

NEVER USE WASHHO. THEY ARE PATHETIC.

Very late delivery. They will say 3 days but will take 7 days. Have to keep following up with them for delivery, instead of they coming back to us with proper justification. I m residing in Hyderabad, so I called them n asked them for the delivery person's number, with whom I had to connect directly n get the clothes. Also the options on the website for the dry cleaning are not variant which creates a confusion.
