Super disappointed with the way they handle your clothes
1. they pierce t-shirts and make a hole into them
2. Which means 3 wash = 3 holes.
3. After piercing my very expensive t-shirt, they take weeks to acknowledge it.
4. My issue haven’t been fixed so far, so dont know how much more time they are going to take.
Your clothes are at your own risk!!!

This company's behaviour is unacceptable.

On the website they show very low rates. when they give final delivery, they increase the rates.

Also when the rate is by the kilo, the rate should be displayed by the kilo.

they find problems with your order like bedsheets and all and then they say this needs more effort in putting it in the washing machine and finally they charge you more or don't deliver your order.

The lady in customer service on the fourth day of taking the order told me that she wouldn't deliver my clothes in case I don't pay a higher price which was almost double the price on which I booked.

Worst laundry service ever. Late pick up and extremely late delivery. Clothes were brought back wrapped in my own shawl. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Pathetic . They lost 1 curtain out of 14 I had given and they refuse to agree to it and do anything about . Unfortunately I paid without checking . And the entire staff talks like they r kings of Roman Empire , have zero customer sense .

I had leather sofa cleaning done last month from Washho. However, I am not happy with their cleaning service. The person who came for the servicing was hardworking but not skilled/trained rightly to do the job. Had to be told again and again which area needs more cleaning. I would have probably let this incompetence pass but, the polish used post cleaning ended up staining the couch. I told him to get rid of it before he leaves however, the guy said it shall go off on its own once it’s dry. Which obviously dint, so I complained to the lady who had arranged the service. But the lady till date (been a month) is unapologetic, nor has found the time to check,revert, or resolve the issue.
Secondly, their billing system is flawed. Inspite of paying in cash they kept generating a bill with due amount.
They are not right ppl to trust your expensive furniture with.

Fast. Great service. Damn expensive

I have used this service a few times and the first few times it was absolutely fine. The last time when I sent some clothes for dry cleaning, they were washed and were still wet when I received them!!! When I raised the issue with the guy who picked it up, he made me speak to a laundry guy who was extremely rude and threatened me when I told him that these were expensive clothes and I am going to write a review! Even on whatsapp I raised this issue with the Washho team but all they told me was we are sorry to hear that and if I would like to send my clothes back from dry cleaning! The point was you ruined my clothes and by dry cleaning them again it won't make any difference!! I personally would not recommend this service as they are simply UNPROFESSIONAL and UNETHICAL!!!

Work not done to satisfaction, we have to tell them to do here, do there. Not professional . Will not recommend to any one.
