Im availing washoo services since last one month. It has been a great experience, very good service. I have used steam ironing and drycleaning. They are excellent in that. Please never use the service very bad service
First on the pricing the website says 69/kg or 150/panel for curtains they charged us 150/kg for curtains so we ended up paying a huge amount for washing.And when the curtains came back they have black spots and have not been washed.Tgey have returned the curtains without washing.Please never use the service very bad no option to give 0 star else would have given zero stars. order id 7799372209

It has been a wonderful experience with Washho so far. When I moved to Bangalore, this kind of pickup and drop laundry service was what I was looking for when I came across Washho. They have a very organized procedure and the pickup and drop will happen as per my scheduling which is super! Cleaning is also great and comes at an affordable price. I have recommended this app to a few friends of mine in Bangalore. They are using it as well. Thank you Washho for providing this great service!

Good experience!
Good experience! Had some urgent dry cleaning requirements. They did well. The app isn't all that great right now but they make up for it with emailed status messages, payment links and pickup and delivery details. The team deserve five stars. Rated them the same on Google Play(for excellent customer service).

Perfect service
Perfect service, can improve bit interms to meet timeline. They have promised 72hrs but i got my order back after an hour delay. I give benefit of doubt here due to weather. But overall performance was really commendable. I really use your service again.
