Brilliant service
Brilliant service! Asked to change my order at roughly 2am before dispatch at 8am and my request was honoured. Was a little dubious ordering from them as i hadn’t heard of them before but i will definitely be back and be recommending them to all my fish hobbyist friends. 10/10! Thank you guys :)

Hi Daniela, the approach to this review is disappointing. We realise you were sent the wrong item which we are very sorry for and can assure you this was a genuine and rare mistake. We of course appreciate the frustration of receiving the wrong item. The customer service team have already acknowledged the mistake and replied to your email sent over the weekend first thing this morning, offering to rectify the issue as fast as possible.
However you have chosen to post this review without even giving us the opportunity to correct the mistake and have compared us to Covid 19, which is inappropriate, in addition to the approach used on your email.
Again, we completely appreciate the frustration of receiving an incorrect item, and wholly apologise for our mistake which is being corrected, however your approach and language towards us is disappointing. We ask that you respond to our email so that we can resolve this issue for you.

Quick & easy ordering
Ordered a tank for my turtle... new stock wasn't due into the warehouse until 15/07. It was delivered to me on 13/07 which I was chuffed about & very well packaged. I'm so happy with my purchase & the turtle is loving life in his new home. From ordering to delivery.. everything was so easy & I was impressed with the quick delivery.

Good customer service and communucation.
I had initially given a bad review due to problems with cash back via the Top CashBack site.
Today this was sorted out very quickly by their excellent customer service,which deserves a positive review in itself.
Other than that the order went very smoothly. Goods were delivered surprisingly promptly given my remote location and were well packaged.

Setting up larger tank and needed…
Setting up larger tank and needed larger filter. Have been using a Fluval 207 but having had to replace the locking mechanism 3 times in two year decided to try a different brand and Betta was recommended by a friend. On researching the make I found Warehouse aquatics and the price was right so ordered filter and paid couple of quid for next day delivery. Delivered next morning well packaged and was kept informed all the way through. Definitely using Warehouse Aquatics again for my aquatic needs.
