Extremely high standard end to end. From booking to arrival at home. Not possible to fault : just what was needed after a long flight and arrival into Gatwick in the early hours.

John was very patient as our flight was running late. It was appreciated. Always use you guys for our airport runs.

I have been using Wallington cars for many years and will continue as I am very happy with them. Perfect service! The cab always arrives before the time it was booked for. Drivers are very polite and provide great service. The office staff very knowledgeable and polite as well.

Never let us down

We booked for both a drop off (0330 trip to Gatwick for a very early drop off at Gatwick). Driver John was great. Turned up early, we got a text informing us when he was on the way. He was chatty enough (but discreetly not too much as we are not very very good 'morning' family). Vehicles was very clean and comfortable. We had also booked the return trip (ie pick up from our return flight)... And it was easy to book/confirm and prepay. What was rather disappointing is the way the driver who picked us up didn't meet us in the airport building itself.. at the arrival area at Gatwick Terminal North. We had to instead play a bit of hide & seek trying to find him in the carpark instead which was not quite obvious. (Hence only 4 instead of 5 stars)
