Always reliable and friendly drivers. They explain well where to meet when collected from the airport so no issues meeting up. Very happy to see Mark (our driver) arrive and always a smooth drive with him. Would definitely recommend.

Dedicated Service throughout the years
My wife and I have been using Wallington Cars for over30 years now and in all of that time the drivers have never been late and are always so courteous and respectful to us.
We would not use any other company and are grateful that we found their services so great all those years ago.

Misogynistic behaviour
I’ve unfortunately made to feel unsafe by one of the drivers in this company. He was beeping at me continuously in his van as I was walking home alone - they’re a car company that would hopefully intend to make customers feel safe using their services. Wouldn’t want anyone to experience them in a closer proximity which is why I’ve made this review.

Our driver was twenty minutes early. We received a text saying he was there. It is always reassuring to know your driver is there and waiting. He was polite, friendly and efficient. Thank you for starting our holiday with a smile

We booked a big vehicle to take us to the airport and return home. First time for a family of 6 and I would absolutely recommend. The mini van sent on both drop off and pick up was spacious, the drivers were very friendly and efficient and I think it was great value for money. You get notifications via message, communication is excellent, booking is also super easy. I will definitely be using this service for all future airport journeys. Many thanks. Y Acres

Excellent service
Wallington Cars are most reliable and efficient, they were recommended to us by friends who use them for all their airport transfers.
We will definitely be using them again as they took the stress out of getting to and from Gatwick.
Our driver on the way home was waiting for us and so helpful and even gave us the carousel number for our luggage!

Dangerous drivers
Absolutely appalled by the behaviour of one of this company’s drivers. At around 8:20 AM at Five Ways, the driver refused to merge safely, aggressively tried to force me onto the other side of the road, and then continued to tailgate and harass me all the way down the street.
To make matters worse, the vehicle had a school badge displayed in the window — deeply concerning considering this person is trusted to transport children. This kind of reckless and intimidating driving is not only unprofessional, it’s dangerous.
If this is the standard of drivers employed here, I would seriously question the safety of anyone—especially children—being transported by this company.
