Excellent service. Ordered on line, get a confirmation e Mail straight away. Asked to pay so did so. Following day delivery arranged as it was a bank holiday. Fridge delivered on time with no issues. I would have no issue recommending this company.

Awful, one of the worst company I experienced in my life. I was lucky that I paid with good credit card company who helped me to get my money back from this dodgy company. Wad is quick to pick up the faulty cooker, but refused to pay my refund. Please note, WAD has their own people and their job is to put good reviews ASA someone puts the bad one. My advice is, pay little extra and buy from the reputed companies like John Lewis and always use the good credit card. WAD sell refurbish and dodgy stuff to their customers. They will block your call, so please use different phone numbers if you have to call them after sales. Let's be nice to each other, specially this Covid time, not scumbags like WAD.Thank you

Having read the reviews, I would not have wasted time of my life that I will never get back trying to be a CUSTOMER of this waste of space business.

Awful customer service. No information on the website re having to make an appointment. Drove all the way to be turned away. Retail opened on 12tv April WAD get a grip. Warehouse is absolutely massive and it was empty !!!!!

WAD appliances refuse to provide a full refund for a Neff microwave contrary to the statutory right for distance sales within 14 days. Trying to charge 25% “restocking fee”. They have simply gone silent on me now. AVOID!

Appalling. Saw a fridge/freezer on their website priced at £274.00. Emailed them to check availability, and they just would not reply. Then they bumped the price of the appliance up to £328.80. That's a 20% price hike, and no service whatsoever from the company. AVOID!!!!!!!!

Awful. Ordered and paid for dishwasher in November. No contact either by email or phone regarding delivery. I followed up and was told I hadn't received anything because "there was no information to tell you'. I called again and was told there was no update again, I then requested a refund. Three times over the telephone I have been told a refund would be processed and nothing. It is now the end of January and still nothing. With so many options for purchasing appliances I would not recommend using WAD.

After days of searching online for a fridge freezer with no luck as most companies out of stock . I found a fridge freezer online with WAD. I called the store to double check availability , the customer service advisor checked that the item was in stock and arranged delivery for the next day . The Fridge freezer arrived on time .Excellent service all round .

I have recently bought fridge freezer and washer dryer and WADS couldn't have been more helpful. I couldn't get a reply by phone initially so emailed them and they got straight back. They explained limited staff on site atm which is understandable. The delivery guys were outstanding and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them

Very happy customer. Ordered an end-of-line dishwasher at a good price. Prompt contact from WAD with a delivery date that week. Contacted by delivery team en route, friendly and helpful delivery. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. Well done WAD.

The most frustrating place to even try to buy something, Website is slow and not even worth a visit With all prices hidden and not really worth my time searching out prices I will not be parting with any of my money. Hopeless people to buy from and glad the website told me the same just by its lack of info and price, Went to AO where communication is upfront and honest! I do wonder that if people buy from this lot what type of service is given, Not for me!

Absolutely shocking customer service. We've used WAD many times before, but will be taking our business elsewhere after our last experience.

Purchased a expensive hob online on 21st November and have not received it or any confirmation of when I will receive it
I have called and the calls are not answered I have emailed and receive NO reply
This is a shockingly atrocious company and I’m not entirely sure it isn’t a scam
I have asked for a full refund as I need to buy the appliance elsewhere

We visited WAD to buy a replacement integrated fridge freezer. What a shambles. Scott advised emailing him our requirements. Had his email address and mobile. Sent two emails no response. Tried mobile no reply. Tried calling their land line four times no connection. Left message as requested. No response. Words fail me.

I turned up expecting the usual showroom only to be met by a woman outside asking if I had an appointment. I told her I didn't and that I was looking for a black washing machine. She then asked if I'd like to make an appointment. I politely asked her to tell me if they actually had a black washing machine to view. She refused to tell me yes or no and would I like an appointment. So if I'd made an appointment and she didn't have the item I wanted then it's a waste of all of our valuable time
All I wanted was a yes or no. This made me angry. I work in customer services and this is not a good way to treat a potential customer.

I just wanted to say what fabulous service you give. I was having real problems getting an AEG fridge/freezer as nobody could supply but then I got a quote from you of maximum 4 weeks by 17th August so I cancelled my other order and purchased through you. I chased to check it was on time and was told it was due last Wednesday and sure enough it arrived and was delivered to me on Friday, 3 days early.
This is what customer service is all about, reliable and trustworthy, amazing, thank you so much.

Ordered a Zanussi duel fuel ex display cooker - arrived and the gas hobs would not ignite - cooker heated up fine - but gas hobs refused to ignite - 5 days later they managed to collect the cooker. They then said the "tape" caused damage to the cooker - which I wrapped in cling film to protect it from any damage. Two weeks later still no refund, no emails from the director and no call back about my refund. Avoid.

Ordered a freezer on 17th march was out of stock only told after i had paid. I didn't mind that theses things happen but on the email it said immediate refund, after a couple of days i mailed them , no reply. I did this 3 times , no reply, i then called was told it may take another couple days , in the end i put a complaint into pay pay and lo and behold the money was refunded.

Placed an Order 6 days ago. The money has been been withdrawn from my account but quickly after I received an email saying a refund has been processed as the product is not in stock. The money is still not in my account. Not sure if this is a scam or not but when I try to call them it doesn't even ring. Don't risk your hard earned cash.

For some reason this company took my money but didn't communicate with me at all regarding the delivery claiming that as the product was coming from the manufacturer that they were no longer involved! As the manufacturer also didn't communicate with me either I was left for days waiting for an email re the delivery. After over 1 1/2 weeks I phoned the company and was told that my delivery should come mid week the next week. You guessed it no delivery and still nothing from the manufacturer. Then I called WAD again and still they didn't know when the delivery would be and said they would call me back. Then within the next 10 mins my delivery arrived out of the blue and just by luck I was home. So all in all they take your money then don't think they have any responsibility to ensure you receive your order and neither do the manufacturer, diabolical poor service avoid avoid avoid!!!
