No contact number total scam also sent wrong item

Sent so many emails also

You’ve taken my money but no sign of a delivery date. I’ve emailed, no response. I’ve tried to call but the call is instantly cut off. Have you gone bust or just a scam company?

You sent a silver pressure cooker. I ordered black. Your confirmation of my order also stated black

I bought a freezer from this company. The order was not received and constant calls to this person but no response. I requested a refund a month ago and still waiting. Fraud Fraud Fraud! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

My name is nikunj rameshbhai patel and i am also company owner and he get a sponsorship license but it's totally fraud i already complain immigration so please be carefull. I am concerned about the accuracy and legitimacy of the reviews, and the fact that my identity is being used for business operations without my permission.

About 2 months ago I ordered a replacement induction hob.

No order confirmation no receipt no hob I had to contact the bank to get my money back do not buy from this place

I didnt receive the product yet. I was tring to call you guys since 2 months and no response.Return my money back.

1and half months to delivery the items and no picking calls and no email replies .

Absolutely scammers,stay away from these people

I ordered a fridge 2 weeks ago, I didn't receive a confirmation email and haven't received the item. I have tried to call and all calls go to voicemail on both sales and customer service lines.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I have notified my credit card company and they have filed a dispute.

I have not received my order yet . No confirmation email however money was deducted.

I didn’t receive my item !! I didn’t receive any kind of e mail . Why people is so awful? Probably a fake company , wishing them all the worse. It’s really unfair take advantage on honesty people.

Do not use this company. Have reported to bank, small claims and fraud as it's a scam.

Socials are out of date. Phone numbers go to mailbox full and do not reply to emails or online forms.

Luckily I was able to claim money back through bank fraud team. So, please please do not use this company!!

They claim a refund has been issued - it has not. This company is a scam and please steer well clear. The reason this company are known scammers - the order was actually not in my name, was sorting for my elderly mum. So, they claim to have refunded me? Luckily, as stated, I dealt with my mum's bank and they were superb.
Please do not use this company. The red flags are there re the inability to contact them, negative reviews (mum has been firmly told to always check trustpilot) the list goes on.

3+ weeks later, it still hasn’t arrived.

We ordered a fridge freezer from here. Paid for the item then had a phone call saying it was damaged and they had no more in stock so we cancelled the order & ordered from another company.

They then attempted to deliver another fridge a month later while we were on holiday. The driver rang us and we refused the fridge.

We have emailed & rang several times for our refund but heard nothing back.

It’s been 3 months of being completely ignored and we are still waiting for a refund.

Absolutely awful customer service.

Ordered cooker hood on 2/12 and still not received item. No response to emails all extension on their tel no’s go to voicemail but the voicemail boxes are full. I needed this urgently for my kitchen to be finished before Xmas! Don’t even know where to go to get a refund. Awful company with NO customer service at all!!!
