Unmögliche Preisentwicklung - Wechsel auf tolle Alternativen
Ich habe viele Jahre bei VUSE bestellt und war recht zufrieden. Mittlerweile sind die Preise jedoch überdimensional erhöht worden, dass ich komplett wechsle. Die Go Ultra als Device kostet knapp 30 EUR, die Pods dazu mit 2x2ml kommen schon 14 EUR. Selbst im Abo mit stolzen 15 Stück sind es noch knapp 11 EUR. Das ist teurer als Zigaretten. 2ml ersetzen auch niemals eine Schachtel Zigaretten von der Ergiebigkeit. Die App der Go ist eine abenteuerliche Drittanbieter-App in der man sehr umständlich irgendwie das Device einrichten soll. Für diese hohen Preise passt das Produkt nicht mehr, auch, dass man um den Akkustand zu sehen, erst einen Knopf drücken muss. Ich bin jetzt komplett auf die IVR Air und IVG Pro Serie umgestiegen. 12ml bei der Pro für ca. 13 EUR, 4ml bei der Air für ca. 7 EUR. Die Geräte kosten unter 10 EUR und die Sache, dass man immer mehr als die 2ml der Vuse on Board hat ist einfach nur hervorragend. Man kann an den Mitbewebern gut erkennen, dass die Preisentwicklung von Vuse nichts mit der erhöhten Besteuerung zu tun hat.
Excellent customer service
My order with tracked Royal Mail did not arrive so I phoned customer service, was put through to an advisor promptly who apologised and told me that if the item had not been delivered within the next 2 days they would resend. Meanwhile they would send a complimentary item by next day delivery. This was followed by a confirmation email. Very efficient effective service.

I can't recommend Vuse customer service enough! A huge thanks to Nora B for helping me with my order, which was missing some items. She was polite, apologetic, and very efficient. The matter was resolved in just 2 days and my replacements arrived the next day! I'm one very happy customer 😀

Vuse is far from Premium
Vuse it already over priced and I recently had a problem with my unit where it was vaping on it's own. Rather than offer any kind of refund I have been waiting weeks while I get questions about batch numbers colours of items, they sold me through their website which is clearly on my account and I have to nudge them for responses. Far from the premium serviced advertised.

I had an issue with missing items I had ordered and paid for, when they did not arrive I contacted Vuse who also mt to complete an email and attach any photographs I had, which I did, my queiry was sorted out within the hour with extras as a complimentary offering. Very impressed, my Vuse items are out for delivery today, less than 24 hours since I contacted them with my missing items.

Very happy with Vuse customer service
Very happy with Vuse customer service. Having rung to find out why my parcel had not arrived, Karen said it had likely been lost in the post and immediately offered a full refund or a replacement. I asked for the latter and she immediately organised that, adding an extra box as a gesture of goodwill. 10 out of 10 from me.
