Faulty devices, late delivery, inept customer service

. Item arrived worked for about a day before it malfunctioned
. Tried to discuss on your chat customer services, which gives as little as 30 seconds on the customer end before getting cut off, where advisors take 2-3 mins per response
.promised support timelines ignored
In short this has been about as bad as a first customer experience can get.

I bought the McLaren ultra device
I bought the McLaren ultra device, it has 500gb of ram, a quad core processor capable of quantum physics, a 5TB hard drive, 6G WiFi, Bluetooth, wireless charging, built in ai and also find my vape.
It came with 2 batteries and when I needed it changing I rang Vuse and they immediately sent a 4 man team, one undid the clip, one pulled the battery out, the other had the spare all ready to go straight back in and the 4th guy let the jack down. All in all very fast, battery changed in under 3 seconds.

Eigentlich war ich bisher Zufrieden. Doch jetzt habe ich im Januar Ware bestellt, mit PayPal bezahlt und bis zum heutigen Tag keine Ware erhalten. Am Telefon wird man nur vertröstet das der Fall weiter geleitet wird, die Bestellung wäre Ausstehend und man bekommt schnellstens Rückmeldung. Fehlanzeige. Zum Glück konnte ich jetzt durch den Paypal Käuferschutz zumindest mein Geld zurück erhalten. Danke an Paypal. Vuse....niemals wieder

I have dealt with Vuse customer service a few times, and each time I received a prompt response and my issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I am happy with the subscription, the email communication, and the quality of the product. For me, both the customer service and the products are excellent.

Missing order
My order went missing spoke to Nina at Vuse who was exceptional couldn’t fault her. Within a couple of hours I received an email to say a new order had been processed. Unfortunately my orders now have to be sent to me rather than the shop but it’s a small price to pay for excellent service. Thank you Nina.

Habe zwei ultra Geräte. Sind top, Akku aber extrem schwach und die ultra pods übertrieben teuer aber zum Glück funktionieren die core pods auch im ultra gerät die sind nämlich billiger und gibt's bei mir im Supermarkt um die ecke

Have used Vuse for few years now
Have used Vuse for few years now. Goods always del by Royal Mail. They then started to use Evri. So my last delivery never turned up and took few weeks to get refund. Final order. My partner likes the pods so decided to order under their name. First and final order. 26th Jan and AGAIN no del as Evri lost it. So no goods and today 11.02.26 I have still to receive my refund. You should have stuck to Royal Mail instead of using Evri, they are abso worst courier company! Your loss, got 100 a month from us for years.

Delivery not received
I would firstly like to start that this issue was not a Vuse problem but the delivery company. My monthly subscription was due to be delivered & I did not receive it. I spoke to a lovely lady called Olja who was absolutely amazing she sorted everything out for me & got another box sent out. I have been a customer of Vuse for a long time & I would recommend to anybody who buys vapes. They are efficient, professional & extremely helpful.

This isn’t the first time I had issues with the delivery of the orders I have made in the past,however despite the issues which isn’t stores fault but the delivery company I have always been able to get treated with respect and very understanding customer service and they always have been able to help and deliver without any doubt.
