I have have just purchased a six year old Peugeout from the branch at Truro. A lovely little car and so far so good. Chris Moore was the salesman who dealt with it for me, answered any questions and could not have been more helpful. I hope I will have the car for for a good few years, but when the time comes, I would be more than happy to buy another car from Vospers. Thank you Chris.

We viewed a Ford Fiesta just before closing time. We were very interested in buying the car, so we booked a test drive for the next day at 10 am. The gentleman dealing with us assured us the car would be cleaned in time for our arrival. We arrived promptly at 10 am the following day, only to be told the car had already been sold. The man who had dealt with us the previous day didn’t work on a Wednesday, and his colleagues said he should have at least reserved it for us. They then asked if we’d like to view any other cars, but by this time we were so incensed that we promptly left. We’d had our hearts set on the Ford Fiesta. Very poor service.
was down on holiday 280miles away from home and i lost my ranger keys at the marina so i thought ford would be able to sort me out a new key no problem, but when i rang and explained what happened they had a look and said that the car was to new being a 2023 model and they had a key fob but no key blade but the car is keyless so you do not need a key so i ask what do i need the key blade for and the reply was i dont no to start it????? you would think a ford dealership would already no you do need the blade as it is KEYLESS???
and then he turned around and said that i would need the old key to program the new one???(what) even tho on fords website it says all i need is proof i own car and the cars vin No: this place dont no what they are on about ford should be ashamed to have there name on this garage..
Avoid this company at all costs. Appalling after sales service and almost impossible to speak to anyone who can help. Even after I eventually managed to contact customer complaints they delayed their response and action for many weeks and the end result of all my complaints is a lot of wasted time and frustration. I was without my car for a total of 4 weeks and the issues are still not resolved. I’m extremely unhappy with the ‘service’ that Vospers provide.
Vospers treliske Truro my son bought a £20000 lemon 🍋 that’s spent more time in there workshop then on the road no courtesy car no sorry no nothing customer service are smug and sarcastic and useless the fitters couldn’t work out how to open a tin of beans without using YouTube next time he’s going to Hawkins
Worst service and dealership I have ever come across is the Truro branch. They dont return your calls. My last service nothing seem to get checked ie screen wash tyers and got told i should have asked for a safty never in all my other cars has that happend . If I buy anouther ford it wont be from Truro ford.
I bought a car from Vospers Truro and received very prompt courteous service during the process. Unfortunately their after sales leaves a lot to be desired as they obviously have received their money and are no longer interested in you. This is extremely short sighted as we will be purchasing more vehicles in our lifetime but not from Vospers. I purchased an extended warranty and I raised a concern with my purchase in Feb 23 and after months of chasing for an outcome, I was finally rewarded with a very curt 5 word reply via email at the end of August. My last email to Vospers Truro at the end of August 23 has been completely ignored. The customer after sales has been appalling and the communication has been dire, not the service I would’ve expected.
went to organise a replacement mobility car after being told that i didn't deal with new cars and pointed to the far end of the showroom whilst standing there with leg braces and crutches i struggled up to the end where i was greeted by a person who said he was training and didn't know about the car but could get the key to open it after looking at the car and then standing waiting for 30 minutes without seeing or talking to anyone i left deciding that the Citron garage at Blackwater will be ordering a Belingo
