I can't thank Steven within the provisioning team enough for his support once again. He continuously goes above and beyond to resolve any issue that is raised in a timely matter whilst keeping me fully informed throughout.

He took the time to investigate a query I raised and took ownership of this issue until it was resolved. His willingness to go the extra mile and be the middle man between a few different third parties to ensure everyone was aligned and a solution was found really stands out.

We always have an easy and great experience with the number ports team. They are very quick to clear up any mistakes we may have made with the port process and then offer advice to get this sorted.

I have dealt with Voiceflex for close to a decade, initially indirectly, and I have now been a direct client for more than three years.

Over that time, they have consistently proven themselves to be one of the most professional, knowledgeable and dependable telecommunications providers I have worked with.

We currently use the Voiceflex Flow system, with close to 250 numbers under their platform, and our setup is far from basic. We use a very intelligent combination of traditional VoIP handsets together with app-based telephony, giving us flexibility across different users, devices and working environments.

It is a setup that works extremely well for us, and we are already planning to expand it further.

A huge amount of credit must go to Toby, who has supported us for years. His knowledge of telecommunications is genuinely exceptional. In my experience, he is one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever dealt with in the telecoms space. He understands not only the technical side, but also how to apply that knowledge practically to real-world business requirements.

That combination is rare.

I also want to specifically mention Lynette King in Accounts, who assisted me yesterday and was absolutely outstanding. The service was optimal from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, efficient and incredibly helpful. It was one of those interactions that reminds you what excellent customer service is supposed to feel like.

And importantly, this is not limited to just Toby and Lynette.

Over the years, I have dealt with at least five to ten other people at Voiceflex who I would also describe as highly professional, capable and admirable in the way they handle their work. There is a real depth of competence across the team, and that makes a massive difference when you are trusting a provider with business-critical communications.

As someone who works in IT and understands how important stable telephony and support are, I do not give praise lightly in this area.

Voiceflex has earned it.

We are not only continuing to grow our own Voiceflex setup, but we are also moving further into offering VoIP telephony as a service ourselves, and Voiceflex is the kind of provider you feel confident building around.

For any business looking for a serious VoIP and telecommunications partner, especially one that needs more than just a basic phone line, I can recommend Voiceflex without hesitation.

Steven McGowan guided me on how to reclaim a number that a company had ceased by mistake with another provider.
Steven took on the case and the number was made live through the Voiceflex Portal the same day that the request was submitted and called me to let me know.

Voiceflex Limited supply lines to scammers pretending to be from EE .02081534976 is one of the voice flex numbers that is used . Do no give any details and be careful of associating your business with a company that offers telephone communication platforms to out right scammers

They truly worked a miracle in recovering a telephone number that had been ported away before the agreed port date.

The losing provider advised us to request an emergency restore, even though this is normally something that should be initiated by the losing provider themselves, as the number would need to be restored on their network first.

Instead of waiting for that lengthy process, Steven and the team went above and beyond. They found a way to get the number successfully ported into our account well ahead of the scheduled port date of 22 July.

This is a perfect example of what outstanding teamwork and dedication look like. They didn't just follow the process—they worked together, thought outside the box, and did everything they could to help the customer.
