I went to the Hartlepool branch of Vodafone, my mobile had lots of viruses. I saw a young gentleman called Lewis, he was very good, he sorted my phone out and explained things properly. He was polite and friendly, a definite a asaet to Vodafone, thank you Eileen.

Excellent service &support
Visited the store for support today after being scammed on the phone, remote access. Lewis was fantastic, he was genuinely interested in helping me , give excellent advice on options to make my phone more safe, decided on a new number & needed a new SIM . He reduced my anxiety during a very stressful time , providing excellent advice & was very professional & got a good deal . Ryan also couldn’t do enough to help me & I felt well supported & left feeling very grateful for their help.
