Popped into the Basingstoke store and Lauren was hugely helpful in changing and reducing my broadband package. She was also able to recommend a new handset to replace my ancient one. A very positive experience

SD card trouble
I just reviewed on Google but I thought I would review here too. I had been having issues with my phone and SD card and couldn't seem to get them to work but a worker named Luke had a look at my device and I don't know what he did but he fixed the issue for me! Have had no further problems with my device since coming into this store!

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. I was inquiring about the 5g internet. I was walked through how it works and what needed to be done regarding installation. What speed I should expect. Dara was brilliant and even saved me money on my phone service as well.

I visited on the 10th June with two…
I visited on the 10th June with two small issues l was experiencing and met by warm and friendly staff who although busy found time to greet me and advise me that someone would be with me within the next few minutes.
The branch manager came over for a chat and then introduced me to Ashley who would address my queries and this she was able to resolve within the next 15 minutes. From start to finish Ashley was very knowledgeable,professional and very infomative and when I left the store l was a very happy customer with a much better airtime plan and a reduced bill.
My thanks to Ashley in particular and also to her colleagues in that day who gave such good customer care.
