Visited Vodafone Basingstoke this afternoon to upgrade my partners mobile contract. We were greeted by Dara, pleasant introduction, meet and great. Quickly sitting down our queries were answered and other options were given. All information was shared and explained, ensuring full understanding.
The visit was short, but with the desired outcome. Dara clearly knew and had great knowledge of available products and the different technologies. Hat off to Dara, I’ll be sure to visit him again!

Ashley’s customer service is top notch! 👌
Went in store to ask if I can open an account and transfer SIM card ownership . I was met by Ashley Lawrence who was kind, understanding and helpful from the word go. Listened to my concerns and helped me through it all and by the time I left I had my own broadband and had started the process of transferring the line. She even sent me a link to the page on my email and all I can say is she went overboard with her customer service. I was impressed and honestly felt at home and next time I’m in town I must just go in to see what else I can get merely because of the way I was treated. If it were up to me I would give Ashley a raise ! Truly she is passionate about what she does and at the same time very calm and collected. 6 stars to give ✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️

Excellent customer service from Dara
My daughters phone had been stolen and we visited the Basingstoke store to get a replacement sim. Dara instantly gave us a warm welcome and was very friendly and reassuring. Dara was so helpful and not only did he arrange a new sim he also looked into our plans. Came away with two new plans with lots more data at a much lower monthly cost. Will be making an appointment with Dara to review our broadband too. Dara was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service, we felt very well looked after. Thank you!

Dara was brilliant
Dara was brilliant. He solved the issue we were having trying to set up our broadband that the online techs, sales team and phone helpline could not. He was super friendly and ensured we understood each step he took to resolve the issue. Would definitely seek him out if we were to have issues with the system in the future. He very clearly understood the system to great extent.
