I ordered odourless garlic tablets and received smelly garlic tablets instead. I phoned and emailed and was told by Jane that I would get my money back. This never happened, they then stopped replying to emails and stopped answering the phone to my phone number (call screening). Just avoid as it will save you a lot of time and money in the long run.

I have tried to buy from this company. First I needed to know the ingredients in their Lutein 50mg tablets, so I emailed, no answer, then I messaged via eBay, no answer..., (getting boring this?) I messaged again yes you've guessed, no reply!!!!
Looked up the details of the company whom Vitastore claim to be part of, wait for it, it is now 3rd March 2018 and the company Erevolution Ltd. was dissolved 31st May 2016!
Obviously a total SCAM, I will never buy from them, anyone who finds this interesting can check my findings on Google.

Have sent three emails to this company but have not had one reply. I bought 50mg Lutein tablets from them and one box has turned into smelly liquid. Should I take tablets from the other two boxes ................?? I so need an answer to this.

I have written 3 emails to this so-called company. It was only to ask them the name of the free sample they had enclosed with my order - simple! No acknowledgement of emails and certainly no answere. Which has brought me to Facebook and on reading their reviews from other users it seems it is a company to steer clear of - be warned.

After the first batch of milk thistle tablets I'd bought from Vitastore ran out I bought a second batch. It was only then that my suspensions were raised as the tablet size in the second batch was about half or less than that in the first batch, yet the labelling was identical. Even more incriminating is that I weighed 360 of the tiny tablets and found them to weigh 171 mg each.

Even if the tablets are pure milk thistle extract (which they are definitely not as there are a number of other ingredients listed), this is too small for the tablets to contain the stated milk thistle extract contents of 200 mg (50:1) equivalent to 8580 mg.

I agree with most other reviewers on this site that Vitastore is a scam selling fake products.

I contacted Vitastore via their website about 3 weeks ago about some of their Plant Sterol tablets breaking up. I have been a customer for over 2 years. Immediate auto return page, 'Passed to Customer Services, will contact you as soon as possible.' No contact since that day. I have now ordered from a different company. I want a 'Supplement' company that I can trust and will respond to justified concerns.

I have bought 5-htp from vitastore brand to increase serotonin in my body. It should contain griffonia seed extract ( a plant) as stated in ingredients on the back of the bottle, but they sent me SUGAR TABLETS instead. It just didn't taste it right, and tension was still there, I felt something fishy so I took it to my friend, a chemist in laboratory and omg what she showed me... was a yellow colour on the paper marked for 100 % sugar!
I didn't ask for placebo you scum...

I ordered milk thistle back in April 12th. Had email to say on it's way. Nothing since. Have tried to call. Permanently engaged. Emails, no response. Facebook, said they would call, never did. Absolute con. Will notify my bank when I get statement.

Bought milk thistle. Product arrived and was most definitely NOT milk thistle. Refund promised but never materialised...Supplier cut all communications.

Please avoid taking tablets from a supplier who sends out fake products and then ignores customers. You never know what you are ingesting from this very dubious and untrustworthy company.

Pay via paypal so you can force a refund should you find yourself with fake products and a stone wall of silence from the supplier.

I initially ordered a small batch of 5HTP from their ebay store.
I asked several times what thier source of the 5HTP was - eg what company, so i ould determine if the product i comsumed was geneuine or not. The custmer service person kept dodging the question and giving me generic repies like we mak sure our products is of the highest quality. After several messages I gave up.

The small amount i got off the ebay store ran out within a month and i couldn't dtermine if i took something genuie or a placebo, but i am dtermine to take it consistently in the hopes of getting positive results. (long term depression and anxiety). Their ebay store was out of stock so i ordered a larger batch from their main website which states same day or next day despatch. I payed via paypal straight away and placed an order. 2 weeks on and still waiting. And they are completely ignoring my emails.

Products are a fake

The company doesn't even know the quality, or lack of it, of their own products

has a standard reply stating that it purchases from companies of the highest standards but then admitted had no control over the ingredients or even knew if the products were contaminated in any sort

I discovered I was taking placebos because I have to perform routine blood tests, and they showed a big fat zero of the supplement I am in need and had purchased from them

I placed an online order on 9th April and have never received the goods. I paid by PayPal straight away. They have taken my money but have not supplied the goods. It is impossible to contact the company. They do not reply to emails and the telephone number supplied is invalid all you get is a recorded message saying 'This number is not accepting calls'
I am in the process of trying to claim my money back through PayPal.

I purchased via ebay 250mg of a suppliement called Alpha Lipoic Acid.

I was somewhat doubtful as I had been purchasing these for some while in smaller mgs and the tablets were much larger, these were very small.

The one constant of these tablets is that your urine will smell of sulphur whilst using these. However There was no odour at all.

I contacted the company by email and they said they would contact their supplier.
I waited a week then contacted them again, only to get the reply " Very sorry, would you like a refund ".

Says everything about this company.
I told them I wasn't satisfied and I wanted a answer to my complaint, I have heard nothing,

I ordered 240 tablets, St.John's wort, but received only 180 tablets. Sent email, to which there has been no response and have tried several times to ring helpline telephone number given on the website, but the phone just rings and is not answered. There is not even an answer phone on which to leave a message. Beware this company is not reliable.
