Please do not bet with Virgin Bet, they only want losers. I bet with Virgin Bet for 2 months and was £80 in profit and received an email that they are limiting my account so that I was ineligible for any promotions and max stake would be 1p. They do not want anyone who may win money.
Every experience I have had with Virgin has been a disaster, had their TV and broadband in the past and it was a terrible experience.

It's a very nice casino, but you're penalized for the free spins you add, which can't be activated because you're using an unsupported protocol. You also say that a random number generator determines the results, but compared to some casinos, you have the lowest RTP, where Fluffy Favorites has over 95%, while yours is 93%—it depends on you. That's why it's so hard to win anything with you.

Virgin Bet is a scam
I am appalled by the lack of integrity and customer service of Virgin Bet. I signed up during an offer period, and after I had placed a deposit and and made a bet, my account was immediately disabled meaning 1) I could not live monitor the bet, and 2) I did not receive the bonus. I wrote to customer service, and in 2 responses from agents called Onsi and Joseph was told that the decision was final, my account was blocked, but that no explanation would be provided. Virgin Bet is a scam, and not a reputable business. I did not lose a lot of money, so am sharing this out of principle a because the lack of care, and flagrant abuse of terms and conditions from Virgin Bet has been abhorrent. Please do not make the same mistake that I did. Following this review Virgin responded, again pointing me to customer service who refused to provide information, and linking to a terms and conditions page with no information. VIRGIN BET IS A SCAM PLEASE DO NOT USE IT.

Thiefs, rigged my account so it can't win anything. All these sites work together to scam customers, it is one server they use and they are all working together to steal customers money. One of the biggest fraud cases in human history with billions in theft from customers, pay offs are leaving governments and police to turn a blind eye. All working behind this scheme should be thrown in jail for life and made to pay back every penny they stole.

It's not worth participating in promotions; they don't pay out prizes. Frequent problems with the website. After reporting a missing prize, customer service refused to pay out. I was scammed twice, and I should have received a cash prize, but I didn't. This is an untrustworthy company.
He doesn't always pay out rewards because mine wasn't. He provided evidence to prove my point. Customer support responded by telling me I wouldn't receive anything anyway.

I joined because they promised 100 free spins for your first deposit of 10 pounds. Followed the link, registered, deposited and wagered the 10 pounds (all dead spins btw no matter which game you choose), and guess what? No free spins.
Contacted support and was told I chose a sports offer (there was nothing on the registration page about choosing offers though they showed me a form insisting I chose this) so I can't get the free spins.
I was advised to wager a further 10 pounds on sports and I shall get free bets. I explained over and over I never chose sports and neither like nor understand sports. The chat was rudely closed with one last message saying they can't help. Scammers and thieves and they should be avoided at all costs.

I placed few bets with virgin bet then had a bet on utd game with cash out of 1700 so tried playing a 200 cover bet on the draw and virgin bet refused to take my cover bet which of course come in at 1300 win
Quick enough taking money but when I had winnings on cash out and I great chance cover bet they refused take bet which of course come in now im 2400 down when could at least had 1300 if they hadn't refused take my bet pictures of bet to prove

Absolute scammers. You take the welcome offer and do everything ask to qualify then they don’t award you with what’s promised. Spent almost double what they wanted for the offer and still no free bet or spins as promised. Stay well away. Customer service is none existent and bad attitude.
