Been smooth sailing til recently. Their promotions are misleading and there customer service is poor. Don't even try to resolve the matter. Virgin Bets is 100% scam, I have exclusively used Virgin bets for the past month and I haven't won a single cent after spending 1000's, when you deposit your funds don't even go up, when you get bonus spins you win nothing. This casino needs to be audited and closed down as they are definitely not following regulations, I don't care what they say about random number generators that's a absolute load of lies that they would like you to believe, My experience with this casino is dissapointing and I'm not basing it on just 1, 2 or 3 or even 4 or 5 deposits and straight losses, it's a on going thing, right after I called them out in the initial review I wrote they disabled my account which proves that they have something to hide.

If you win a few bets, Virginbet would restrict your account without telling you and put all sorts of restrictions on your account. No promotion, NO BOG etc. They even bother to inforn you of these restrctions until you face them. Stay clear of this website. ODDS offered are poor mostly on the website.

I've been with this site for a while now , absolutely loved it until 2 days ago they closed my account I haven't done anything, literally nothing . I deposited and played that day and later on tried to log back in and was denied access. When I asked them to give me a reason they basically said no

They used to be good, but have got VERY complacent.

The big boys constantly offer a cycle of free loyalty bets depending on the amount of business you give them. Virginbet simply don't bother. If you're very lucky you may get a £5 free bet builder on a Sunday. They don't reward repeat business or loyalty at all.

The website frequently crashes and often information they give about a race is wrong. If you raise it they point to a term in their business terms which basically says "tough sh!t" Their virtual racing platform is awful, constantly shows wrong info and most winners are over 20/1 so you have no chance.

In short, they're fine for a "couple of times a year punter" If you regularly use online bookmaker, they need swerving as your loyalty means absolutely zero to them

Sad to see how far the games have fallen, specifically over the last 12 months. From one of the few fair sites out there, current experiences are nothing of the sort. Advertised RTP and general table odds are a million miles from actual returns. In game experiences deliver repetitive losing outcomes, most of which are easily predicted. I even had a play on googles random number generator and it put this site to shame when comparing returns - on 4 different occasions, too! There is only one winner here and it will never be you.

Decent betting site with lots of promotions. If you start doing too well and are able to pace yourself, they will remove your access to promotions and free games, with no explanation. Obviously you can work out the reason.. You're not not hooked enough and blowing lots of your own cash. Bit of a shame.

I actually really like virgin bet. I won a decent amont of times. I think it’s definitely up the top with slots sites I play a few different ones and this one does actually win. I think most of the negative reviews are from people regretting gambling their money. Gambling always runs a risk of loosing.

The response you gave me about game fairness you know where you can shove this. Clearly there was more ppl like me who got scammed here, who actually got in touch with me privately and suggested to deliver all them video records I’ve took while playing and send to gambling commission, in that case you wont be able to manipulate the stats you provide to them and call your all games fair.
