However after my experience with Tanaka on 16 May via Live Chat.
I will be leaving them very soon.
This Person was refusing to listen to anything I said and Threatened me twice to try and twist the situation.
It took over 30 minutes to raise a Complaint and even when this was finally done, this person did not acknowledge a single thing.
Stay away from Virgin Bet.

Bit scammy
Decent betting site with lots of promotions. If you start doing too well and are able to pace yourself, they will remove your access to promotions and free games, with no explanation. Obviously you can work out the reason.. You're not not hooked enough and blowing lots of your own cash. Bit of a shame.

I actually really like virgin bet
I actually really like virgin bet. I won a decent amont of times. I think it’s definitely up the top with slots sites I play a few different ones and this one does actually win. I think most of the negative reviews are from people regretting gambling their money. Gambling always runs a risk of loosing.

Clearly there was more ppl like me who got scammed here, who actually got in touch with me privately and suggested to deliver all them video records I’ve took while playing and send to gambling commission, in that case you wont be able to manipulate the stats you provide to them and call your all games fair. So all this fairness is clearly a cover up for your scam operation to carry on. And I will try to demand all my money back what I lost in unfair games of yours. Deposited 2000£ over 2 months nothing pays tried everything casino, sport bets etc etc nothing pays it’s like they don’t want to open the tap
What is very strange is that apart from loosing 2000£ on top of that they closed my account as per business interests on their side 😂
They have no interest in protecting players they just wait for you to loose a good amount of money and after they will close your account so you want be able to recover some of them losses

Absolutely poor the cashout system for football bets is absolutely disgusting on multiple occasions (with provided screenshots too and match timestamps)
I had no cashout on bets with one selection left consisting of 1 corner left , 1 shot on target left and more on separate bets. Also cash outs are very much underpaying for example at the 56th minute of athletico Madrid vs Arsenal at 1-1 my initial returns was £1657 I had only athletico Madrid to win and Griezmann to get an shot on target left and I was offered £156 to cashout not even 10% of what returns were this is absolutely disgusting and I will not be placing football bets again with you guys there’s so many occasions where this has happened it’s really disappointing.
