"The worst casino I have played at so far. They accept deposits very quickly, but when it comes to withdrawals, problems suddenly appear.
I had two cards registered and couldn’t withdraw to either of them — they told me to find another payment method. So what, am I supposed to register a thousand cards?
Since I couldn’t withdraw my money, I kept playing and of course I lost, because their algorithms don’t allow you to win.

Don't even open an account with them!
It looks good with good promotions but I was banned from all promotions when only £25.00 up and banned from betting at all when £45.00 up. Basically you can only go on the site to lose, even a tiny winner/amount in profit and you are banned! Ludicrous and worst 'betting' website of all time. Don't bother with it unless your planning on being a loser!
Update - I emailed customer support and they provided a general response saying nothing they can do and they are not prepared to give any reason why they banned my account for being a tiny bit in profit. DO NOT USE THIS SITE - A WASTE OF TIME!

Free bet offered equal to stake up to £10, places a £10 bet and only got £1 free bet, I even sent a screenshot of the offer clearly stating equal to stake and the person in virgin chat just lied and said that's not the offer. I asked why they were lying and could they send me some proof to prove that the offer I had was incorrect but nothing. They just ended the chat the more I kept asking for information on why they were lying. Absolutely illegal behaviour, they should be closed down after this. I had 2 friends get stung by the same con as well, nobody was given our free bet

Absolutely disgusting i get gambling is a losers game but to never give even one line hit at 50p a spin from £30 pounds isnt even in anyway feasible and also to never win anything more than £12.50 from bonus spins again unfeasable and also to never give a win anything over £20 overall across everything is again unwordly how they are still going as a legal gambling company in the uk is beyond me. Tried this casino a few times now, yes you can get the scatter on Bg Bass or other games. I never got anythng more than £4.00 back from a lot of money played.
Everyone is right its a scam company. I know you are a business however none of the bonus games rounds pay anything. you must have setting to pay out minimal and to actually get the scatter or bonus rounds set to 98% loss.
I play on other sites had wins and losses but never as much as on Virgin Bet. AVOID if you dont mind just losing consistantly. You wont get the opportunity to actually feel the fun of gaming here.
The score on here says it all. very poor show from a large corporation. Yes you stay within the law and gambling comission but only just. I will never spend another penny on here. a good customer leaving you, i spend quite a lot of disposable income on gaming.
I await the response of we use RNG's and its highly regulated and none of the bonuses or scatters are guranteed blah blah blah. no matter what the team tell you its not right how they operate the business. Next will be the response we only host the games but what they dont tell you is the comission made from your losses. its big money.. millions each year. I will await a typical response that will try to quash the comments made.
