Shoes looked OK at first. Terrible quality in the soles. I cant honestly say they are the worst shoes I have bought due to them falling apart so quickly. The soles just peel off then you end up tripping over them if your not even aware. They are a health and safety issue whilst being poor quality. I have tried four types of glue to try and repair them and they cannot be repaired. I 100% say I would avoid these ever again after my first experience with them. Please bare in mind I had only used them a dozen times as I have a wide variety of shoes. They fell apart very quickly and within a few months. This won't be a one off defect as many others are experiencing the same issue if you read through the reviews. Thanks for the reply. Also, you mentioned the customer service team contacted me. I have had no contact and nothing is in spam emails. Maybe this is a generic reply to the review and understand if this is the case.

I received my shoes as ordered, but there was a problem with one of them. I contacted Vionic and received an immediate response. The matter was quickly and helpfully resolved. I can't praise Vionic's customer service enough, particularly Kimberley. I love my shoes. They are a perfect blend of fashion and physical support, ideal for any situation.

I ordered 3 pairs of trainers and decided 2 pairs needed to be returned. Unfortunately I put the wrong pair in the return bag. I phoned Kimberley who was very understanding and helpfully sorted out the returns and reordered the pair I actually wanted. Very pleased 😊

I’ve bought several pairs of Vionic shoes and have always been pleased with both the quality and comfort. My most recent pair had a minor issue, but customer support handled it quickly and without any fuss.

In this day and age customers canand should be easily contacted,automatically, if a problem arises surely.

The sandals (Zinfandel) were lovely quality, looked and felt great on. Beautiful wide fit sandals with built in arch support are not easy to come by. They do run long though so I took previous reviewers advice to size down and was glad I did.
I should say that Evri managed to lose the first pair I ordered and I did have difficulty getting any help from Vionic customer services at first. They were very slow to respond to emails or phone calls. Once I got through though, I couldn’t fault them. The replacement pair arrived within 24 hours which has to be a record for anyone relying on Evri! Overall I am very happy would definitely be happy to use this company again.

I had a really positive experience with Vionic customer service. An issue with my order was sorted quickly and smoothly, and the refund was handled without any hassle.

After ordering 1 pair of shoes I decided to order a second. I requested by email that it be added to my original order under the same shipping cost..

I have many pairs of Vionic trainers and they are always very comfortable and great quality. I have recently had an issue with some wide fit Walker trainers I purchased last year. They started splitting near the toe area. I emailed customer service with some photos, and very quickly Kimberly asked if I would like a replacement pair. Within a matter of a couple of days, my replacement pair are on their way! Thank you very much, excellent service.

Following my very disappointed review on the 19th of February, I would like to say a huge thank you to Kimberley and the warehouse team for their excellent customer service. I ordered a pair of slippers which were to be delivered by Evri. True to form, Evri claimed they had tried to deliver (I was here all the time and no sign of them) so they decided to send them back to Vionic! Kimberley and the warehouse team worked together to ensure that once the slippers were received their end, they would be turned around and redelivered to me via DPD. They were received safe and sound and on time. One happy customer and happy feet!
