The good folks at Vinylmnky went above and beyond to make sure that my order was fulfilled after inventory became scarce and they didn't receive enough from the supplier to fill all pre-orders. They secured additional inventory and kept the communication coming while working to ensure that I was taken care of.

Pre-ordered a record back in the beginning of October, money was immediately taken from my account and now almost 3 weeks after the album I pre-order has released I've still yet to get any correspondence, a tracking number or anything. Company will not respond to support emails I sent over a week ago. I will be filing a billing dispute with PayPal next.

Edit: After submitting this TrustPilot review they reached out to me and we were able to come to an agreement with the original purchase being shipped last week and received as expected earlier this week. The review has been updated to reflect this. YMMV.

Received a record that was defective from the factory (label over the playable area of the record). Emailed them and they responded within 3 minutes and said they would reach out to the label to see what they could do. They weren't able to get an additional copy from the label since it was a limited pressing, so they just gave me a refund. Couldn't ask for any better customer service than that. Will absolutely buy from them again.

I pre-ordered from this site and it was pushed back, which is fine. But when I received my order it was the incorrect variant having pre-ordered an exclusive pressing, and receiving the standard.

I emailed on June 10th. We are days away from September and despite following up, I'm still yet to hear back about receiving the vinyl that I specifically paid for.

Very disappointed in the customer service offered by vinylmnky.

I purchased a six-month gift subscription and couldn't be happier. My boyfriend loved receiving a new record every month and was excited to discover new artists. Customer service was always on the spot and super helpful. Would purchase again in the future.

I recently had to cancel my subscription due to financial issues, and they were incredibly helpful in dealing with my issue and getting me not only a cancellation, but even refunded the last month I was charged. Wonderful experience!

Have used VM for multiple occasions, and have found it easy and simple to manage orders and memberships.

Avoid ordering from them. They overcharge on releases that are usually widely available and their policy WON’T ALLOW CANCELLATIONS OR RETURNS. I pre-ordered an item that arrive damaged and now they don’t reply to my e-mails So I’m stuck with an item that I highly overpaid for. Shop somewhere else.

Overall great experience with vinylmnky! I originally pre-ordered an album and decided to give their records club a try. Had an issue with the clarity of one of my orders (split shipment due to availability) but support quickly and clearly resolved the issue. Will certainly buy from vinylmnky again!

There was a slight issue with the shipping of an order I placed, and Travis responded in a few hours of me sending an email and went above and beyond to rectify it. Great experience!!!

In an era when many records are being shipped from the original manufacturer already damaged, Vinylmnky does an amazing job catching and correcting any of these issues when they arise. Travis was wonderful to work with and quickly got me a flawless replacement record. Not all companies will take the time to do this, so thanks again for your great communication and work!

They didn't have the Sturgill record I ordered but it was due to Sturgill's record label. HOWEVER they AMAZINGLY swapped it at no extra cost to me for another record. Great people and great vinyl!
