Had what I needed at a great price. Fast shipping! Well packed!!

The 2 records I received in my first drop have not left my turntable. Thoughtful choices, good packaging and I can not wait for the next delivery.

Got shipping notification but USPS never received package. After multiple attempts at reaching out a second tracking number was sent. I received the package a month after release date, while it had been preordered for 6 months. Second album in my order did not come with the paper bag packaging it was supposed to come in. When I questioned them about this, I never received a response.

Update: Travis with Vinylmnky reached out to me and confirmed that he would send me the missing sleeve. Updating from 1 to 3 stars.

Horrible first experience with Vinylmnky. Ordered two copies of the same album and paid two shipping charges so they would be shipped separately. They shipped both copies together in the most careless of packing jobs I’ve ever seen. Both copies arrived with all of their corners bashed in. As if that wasn’t bad enough, they were obviously planning on keeping the extra shipping I had previously paid. After contacting their customer service, which I must say was their only positive in this, they sent out two replacement copies, in separate mailers. Both copies still came in with bashed in corners, albeit not as bad. Having dealt with a plethora on online vinyl retailers, have never once before received any albums with bashed in corners, let alone 16 invidual corners from three shipments. They clearly do not have any idea of the proper way to package, ship out and protect vinyl so this type of damage doesn’t happen. They do not use the industry-standard white mailers, but rely on Uline mailers that do not have the correct perforations to ensure a tight box tab fitment. They also don’t seem to understand the proper way to fit the record and packaging in the box to where the record is snug inside box, and doesn’t move around. This type of record packaging knowledge only comes from experience, to which this team are still clearly novices at best. Would never buy or recommend Vinylmnky to anyone ever.

During the period between my pre-order date and the ship date, I moved states.i reached out well before the ship date to update the address but the order was still shipped to my old address. It was forwarded by the post office but I had to pay more shipping for a mistake I did not make. When I mentioned that in my final email regarding this issue, there was no acknowledgement.

EDIT: Travis was kind enough to reach out after seeing my review to make things right which goes a long way. I'm willing to give ordering from Vinylmnky another shot.

Great experience, great list of records, smooth transaction and a very accommodating support team. I cannot recommend Vinylmnky enough.

Worst company ever. I’ve made an order over 4 months ago that still hasn’t been shipped out. I had to reach out to them to see what was going on. They said they’re “getting more stock to wrap up the order.” They sold me items they didn’t have in stock, held my money for 4 months with no communication. I also signed up for their subscription and swapped out in time for a vinyl I wanted in time and they still sent me something else! I asked to cancel may 31 and they still charged me and sent me two more months worth of useless records. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR FAR away from these scammers. They’ll send you everything you don’t want but not anything you actually order. Insane.

I've been a member of Vinylmnky for almost 5 years now, and the entire crew (especially Travis and Nick!) are absolutely incredible! Not only does Vinylmnky have a killer selection of music in their online store, but the new and upcoming albums/artists they have introduced me to through the BROTM have been stellar (and they typically come either signed or with a cool freebie!) Added bonus, their monthly subscription cost is hella inexpensive compared to other vinyl subscription services, who IMO, aren't as awesome as Vinylmnky. Vinylmnky feeds my soul through the music they deliver to me each and every month, and I love them for it! Keep on groovin' Vinylmnky tribe!

I pre ordered an album and by the time it arrived it had already been out for a year

VinylMnky is the best! Consistently introducing me to new music, while also peppering in some recognizable artists. And they throw in stickers and signed posters with almost every order. They have awesome access to the artists and their teams. Ordering vinyl from them is extremely convenient as well.

Horrible service! Did a pre-order in March for a record coming out April 15. To this day have not received anything. When I emailed them last month they simply stated they hadn’t received the record yet. Now they stopped responding all together. Guess what, other people who also pre-ordered the record got it on the actual release date TWO MONTHS AGO. Looking at reviews here and on Reddit, this is a common thing for them to do. Lost my money and my chance of getting this record

I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them. It took them almost two months to ship a vinyl I ordered that was in stock and they never communicated that it would take so long. When I emailed them about a refund they finally created the shipping label but took two weeks to finallt ship it. First and last time I order from them. Awful experience.

I ordered what I thought was a colored vinyl version of an album. There was a glitch on the listing on the site that pictured the color version instead of black vinyl. When I received the “incorrect” black version I reached out to support. They fixed the issue with the listing, sent the “correct” colored vinyl version (with priority shipping), and a prepaid return label for me to ship back the “incorrect” one. They even refused to allow me to pay the difference in price between the two versions, though I was willing to do so. Great customer service. Friendly, prompt, and very helpful. Will be buying more records from them in the future.

Had an issue with lack of updates in regards to a pre-order but customer support reached out to clarify and gave me an update on my order. Received the record soon after and am pleased with their service.

Pre-ordered a record back in the beginning of February, money was immediately taken from my account and now almost 2 months after the album I pre-order has released I've still yet to get any kind of tracking number or anything. They don’t respond to emails only when you write a bad review on this website which I did last Month an they asked to take it down.

Now almost mid April an I haven’t gotten any updates nothing like heck just give me back my money at this point

I got my money back so I give u 2stars but goin back to one because I ordered the same record somewhere else and guess what only waited three weeks and I got it, paid 5$ more but I got the record so….. yup not buyin from yall again

Great subscription service for expanding your record collection at an affordable price, with a variety of different packages available. Packages shipped quickly, and arrived within a few days. The 15% discount for records from the store available for members was also a great perk. Definitely much better than some other vinyl subscription services I've tried in the past. Customer service is also fantastic, always responded quickly and resolved whatever issue or answered any question I had right away. As others have mentioned, Travis is awesome and always on top of things. I appreciated his quick and responsive service. While I unfortunately had to cancel my subscription for now for personal reasons, it's the excellent customer service that will bring me back to becoming a member again in the future. Can't recommend enough!

I can't say enough good about this place, communication is direct and fast and the product is perfect yet the customer service is even better. I feel like I'm talking to an old friend when I'm speaking with Travis and that makes Vinylmnky my go to when I'm looking for a record... Amazing customer service and great products that if they don't have they will contact you when they find it.

Although the first shipment came in damaged to your warehouse (which was outside of your control) which delayed the shipment you were very responsive with emails and offered a refund many times, the record finally arrived to you and was delivered to me very quickly and it is amazing. Thank you for being transparent and responsive.
