Excellent service from Vida, case offered in 2 days.
Underwriter Barry Lindsay has been amazing.

Very little issues except slow unfortunately.
On both applications it took around 3 weeks.
However they offer a good amount of options to buyers with a complicated situation and my application was eventually accepted!

Another great experience with Vida. The communication from Mark Beddows was fantastic and the timing was great!

Criteria is good and ideal for the cases that are not straight forward and outside some norms.

Applied a Right to Buy Mortgage over 8 months ago with vida home loan and today they refused our mortgage by their underwriter the reason for decline the mortgage is because their were no sale in that block for the passed 5-6 years thats the reason for the mortgage decline this is a reddiculs reason we ever heard that a mortgage could decline if no sale were go through in a block the survey report was ok we paid survey fee & application fee mounting to nearly £700 pounds and now they are saying this is the issue for the mortgage decline no wonder they take all the fee upfront and rip you off with these extortion fees i am going to complain to FCA for the return of our survey fee and the application fee this company is disgraceful in ever corner and responding to a inquiries it take ages for them to get back seems like we are in stoneage Waiting & waiting for an update and then they make any sort of reason to decline your mortgage when we applied they said it will take 4-5 weeks from start to finish and after 8 months the decline our mortgage

Application submitted and offered with Vida. I find their system easy to use and the underwriter contacted me by phone to go through any queries they had. Underwriter on this case was Patricia Muller who I can't fault. really happy with the service and the outcome

having done a "early product switch", advised by vida, rates have come down significantly. standard practice says that you can switch to another product if you have not yet completed the deal. Only NOT with vida. they will not allow a switch to an updated product even though we have not yet completed the earlier deal...
