Renal dog food test box.
The item information and description had a list of 7 items. I received only 6 (I ordered two of the mixed packs) so really was short of 2 tins of food.
When I queried this, I was told I had received the correct 6 items and they also changed the description to only have 6. I did include a screenshot of the item description (7 items) with my email.
As this was their mistake, I do feel an apology and a token of goodwill would have been good customer service.
Not sure if I would reorder from them sadly.

Absolutely fantastic customer service and a great ethos for caring for dogs I ordered the wrong size pet bed for my dog so asked to process a refund. The couldn’t process it on the day instead of making me wait they refunded me and asked me to donate the bed to a charity I know exactly the charity we’ll take it to the dogs shelter we got our dog from

Delivery quick working no stomach upset
Delivery quick, reasonable price and best of experience trovet anti struvite stones working keeping urine at about 6.0 pH , having 2 small dogs that usually feed at the same time sometimes swapping bowls was becoming difficult to keep 1 on a strict royal canin diet , keep on monitoring pH and keep looking for signs of infection in samples at home.

Excellent and quick service. The only problem was that the cats didn't like the food. But they are yet to agree any hypoallergenic wet food!

Terrible customer service.
Terrible customer service.. courier didn't attemp to deliver just wanted to divert it to a locker and when discussed with company got AI bot 🙄 when finally through to a human was not helpful and ended in full refund. Will not be using again

I placed a few orders over the past 2-3 years for veterinary products for my kitties. And all orders arrived well. Prices are also good and so is availability of products.

Had initial dispatch issues, but cant fault Vetsend for trying to set things right!
I initially left a one star review as my order was not sent out and i was waiting a week and still no dispatch.
However Vetsend did what they could to rectify the mistake, and I and happy with their attempt to set things right and the products I received, so thank you.
i will be ordering from you again!
