Terrible. Been trying for weeks to get someone to respond. Paid for the upgraded plan, and cannot even access it as promised. Requested someone to contact me, threatened to call the BBB, and still nothing. No phone number to contact anyone. Feel abandoned and ripped off. Do not use this company!!

They took 19 USD from my credit card, and I don't even have access to the pro subscription I just paid for !

I tried getting a business plan for my daycare, and let me tell you, it was nothing like what I thought it would be! I couldn't use any of it because the bank said it didn't meet their requirements. Ridiculous!

It doesn't meet my expectations. It doesn't give you options to monitor the company with social networks, it doesn't analyze the Google account. This app is simply for making a business plan, nothing more. The AI ​​Chat they have is very limited in the search in connection with the company. I regret having wasted my money on this app when there are several options like Chatgpt and other free platforms. Don't waste your money on this. It's useless, it's garbage.

You can't change the years on the financial documents and you can't export the plan.
