Sophie has always been very quick and clear in her replies and she is human. Although AI may have some limited usefulness, I would not have use these services were it not for the human interaction...and very pleasant at that!

They charge me for a year subscription. I just forgot to unsubscribe the same day. I got the charge. I emailed them. They were able to get it off with no hassle or anything. If I need to use this company again I will 100% use again because of the customer service and the ease.

I am not subscribed to any plan, yet I am being charged $19 automatically every month. Despite this, I am unable to access even the three business plans offered. I have sent emails and tried reaching out through the live chat, but after two days, I have received no response, even though they claim to respond within two hours.

We started creating a business plan for a business that has existed for 25 years with no plan. We loved the product but as we hit our busy season, we simply didn't have the time necessary. I reached out to customer service and then understood and really helped us out - We will be back!

I was curious how Venturekit’s AI would handle a business plan, especially since I’ve had good results using Upmetrics before. Venturekit gave me a quick plan, but editing was a pain. I couldn’t change anything in the financials, and the structure felt too rigid. I submitted a support request and followed up, and still nothing. It wasn’t worth the time. Ended up back on Upmetrics, where I could fix everything easily.

I gave Venturekit a try, but eventually moved to Upmetrics because I needed more control over the details. Venturekit helped me get a basic plan down in one go, which was great for speed.

But when I looked at the draft, most of the content felt generic. It didn’t really sound like my business, and I had to rewrite a lot of it. The financials were especially weak, just basic estimates without much logic behind them.

If you just need to get something on the page, it’s fine. But if you're building a serious plan, you'll likely need something more flexible like Upmetrics.

very bad support, very bad export, the support suggested to present my data on MS Excel :).

Don’t subscribe to this BS. I already cancelled my subscription plan but venturekiy still charges me money for the subscription. I ended up delete all my data.

We've had the same bad experience:
Beware, this is a scam to gather money and not return results, they show a quick template, then accept payment without a confirmation email or receipt for payment made.

Very Bad Platform
I paid and then i could not access my document nor did the website open - it only opened at the payment plan page!!! It seems like it maybe a hoax/fraud

Wery bad platform, after paying for the pro plan, the site stopped working, I can’t export my plan, I can’t make any adjustments. Wouldn’t recommend.

Buying this sh.t, can't export my data : all fake !

Initially seemed good. But after the original draft is written modifying it becomes glitchy. Still cant update the balance sheet section and profit and loss which isnt aligning with the revenue I imputed. There is zero communication from the help chat. Very glitchy, I wouldn't purchase again. I cant get a finished business plan out of it.

What a bad platform. NO responses from any channel for customer support. Its been 3 days and no one replied via phone call, email or chat box.
Their chat box claims a response within 3 hours and its been 3 days.
No tutorial on how to use the platform.
You cant edit the financials section after the AI generates far off figures. Ive gone around the whole site in their help articles and still you cant edit. There must be a bug on their pages as it does not allow you edit the fields. I even took a screen shot of each attempt.
I upgraded to pro after the first day and now just waisted my money as they did not provide the service as stated in their service plans. POOR software. Waste of time.
