Excellent, used them twice now and both occasions packages were promptly posted and arrived by dpd , packaging was the best I’ve seen , every item was well protected with fancy cardboard protection. Excellent price for the items too. Definitely will be using them again.

The customer service is extremely bad in Vegan Store. I don’t think I shop from them again.
My emails are ignored. There is no contact number to call this company. I regret that I shopped from them because you cannot talk to anyone if there is an issue.

First time trying the new tortellini and reading the instructions, it says use 2.5 litres of water. I don't have a pan that big, but using 1.5 litres of boiling water works perfectly. Worth noting to other buyers.

Order did not arrive from courier on Saturday. Waited in all day. Waited till Monday as hadn't heard anything email response from vegan store was "just wait a bit longer evri bit slow " emailed back stating that I was disappointed with their lack of interest especially bearing in mind the delivery cost and was amazed to be told "all companies the same we keep complaining but beyond our control". I didn't need the products quickly but tone and general disinterest means I won't be shopping with them again. Amazon sell the products and this is why people use them. I had two other deliveries on Saturday both courteous and on time.

My first order of tinned products was delivered to me damaged, food spillage and wet package. Seems there is no customer service, as there was no reply to my email complaint. No phone number on their website, either. Terrible service from a company claiming to be vegan. Do not recommend!

Be very careful when ordering - we were sent vegan chocolate bars that only had a month left on the sell by, and were stale. The ginger loaf was also stale and the box looked like it had been ticked around by a Sunday league football team 😅. They have also not dealt with the complaint at all 😞

Shame there isn't a zero star option as I would have used it! I placed one order with this company which never reached me, and due to atrocious customer service including refusal to refund until package that had gone missing in transit arrived back with them, I escalated to a chargeback with my bank which was successful. I am hoping that recent positive reviews are an indication that they have improved, but having had my fingers burned and a lot of stress as a result, I wouldn't use this company in future.

Ordered over £50 worth of food over 8 days ago, still no delivery, no customer service line to call. Had to email twice and wait 4 days for a reply that didn't offer any help or clarification. Now I'm having to raise a case with my bank. Avoid these fraudsters

Great selection of vegan products! I placed an order on a Sunday night in February and it arrived promptly on the Tuesday. It was well packaged but a bag of crisps had popped in transit. I contacted them on Tuesday night and they responded the following morning and issued a refund within a couple of days. Their waste not box was great value!

Great selection of products, I ended up with more treats in my cart than I planned as there are lots to chose from! Their zero alcohol prosecco is a guilt free treat! Delivery was really quick and came boxed in recycled packaging with the tins boxed separately so that they didn't damage any chocolate bars!

Choice was good, next day delivery didn’t occur. Sent an email to Veganstore but never received a reply. The parcel arrived in time but more communication and clarity in cut off times for next day may be helpful (unless I just had a man look). All in all an ok experience.

I absolutely love this hot chocolate so I always buy it as a special offer , with squirted cream , marshmallows and you get a chocolate bar too , really good value. All of these goodies are so yummy. At the end of the day it’s like giving myself a lovely warm cosy hug .

Had my second delivery from the Veganstore and I'm just super amazed with everything. Everything was delivered I couldn't ask for anything better.

A really sweet touch is that they didn't have Sea salt hummus chips so they replaced it with sea salt plantain chips and they added an extra bottle of alpro coconut milk whether that was a mistake or they put it in there because of not having sea salt hummus chips in stock but it was lovely thank you so much.

I'll be ordering again very soon! Keep up the good work.
