I was beyond satisfied with my order. It was packaged so nicely, and the rings themselves, ughhh! I’m in love with them. They are prettier and shinier in person. On top of that they both feel so nice and snug on my finger. Only thing I was a little disappointed about is that they only provided one box for both rings that came together as a pair. Other then that, vancaro is a great investment for engagement rings.

I received my ring quick and it’s beautiful. The quality is good and it looks just as beautiful on as on the pictures.

Bague commandé en juillet reception ok sauf qu elle ne plait pas du coup renvoi et là je dois renvoyer le colis sur antibes le 29 juillet et du coup plus rien. malgré mes relances et les preuves de mon colissimo je suis toujours en attente, puis j'ai reçu un message disant que j'allais être remboursé et celà fait 15 jours toujours rien et nous sommes le 13 septembre plus de bague et pas d'argent valeur 200 euros avec frais de livraison

The ring I ordered needed to be made because the size wasn't in stock. I was worried it wouldn't come in time for my girlfriend's birthday, but Vancaro held to their time estimates and the ring came in on time. It's a beautiful ring and my girlfriend loves it. It has all the elements that she looks for in her taste in jewelry. Vancaro was also nice enough to follow up to check with me that I got the ring and I was satisfied with the product and service. The follow up shows a high level of customer service. It's an impressive company and I would most certainly make a purchase from them again!
