We are trying to renew a lease on a new van when it was received it was in a filthy state faulty brakes Faulty battery had been in field for 18 months We still waiting for a van that is fit for purpose between your company, Lease firm and supplier there no customer service or urgent action to things right

Very good service overall, only negatives wasn’t told first van quote was a stock vehicle. When placing an order no vans available so had to change to another slightly more expensive van

Exemplary service

The service I've received from Ian has been exemplary and it's been a real pleasure getting our first van from Vanarama. I called rather than use the website, simply because I didn't know what I really wanted and I prefer talking with humans. There was no real wait to speak to someone and no nightmare call centre. Just straight forward friendly advice and help and within 24 hours everything's sorted. Happy days!

Communication Gaps and Unresolved Issues

I’ve had a great experience with Vanarama overall and have been a customer for five years. As my current lease comes to an end, I was fully prepared to arrange my next vehicle through them. Their response times are usually quick, which I’ve always appreciated.

However, the recent communication has been disappointing. I’ve raised a query several times and haven’t received a response, despite following up on multiple occasions. This lack of engagement is surprising, especially compared to the service I received five years ago.

Unfortunately, the delay in resolving my pricing query means Vanarama is now at risk of losing my repeat business to another broker. Strong communication and timely issue resolution are key to retaining loyal customers, and I hope this is an area they can improve on moving forward.
