This is an update to my previous review. As One Opinion closed (Damn good survey company) Valued Opinions said they had to have personal details or I had to unsubscribe. I unsubscribed and they also do not have Paypal which is a big disappointment.
I've never had to give personal details for a survey company and I'm not going to start now.

I have been taking survey with Value Opinion for a long time and I love it.

NO PAYPAL? Why bother with this website. I need cash - not gift cards

I have been able to find some really good opportunities for rewards through Valued Opinions! I can take a lot more surveys that are relevant to me compared to other survey sites, and get bigger rewards per survey! I've been able to join some communities through them as well! And lastly, their staff has always been helpful and friendly when I needed help! Thank you Valued Opinions!

They were also recommended to me because One Opinion was closing, and not once in a whole week, did I qualify for a survey. It's a waste of time and I'm sorry I joined!

After completing several surveys and earning rewards, I learned I had to upload my ID with photo before I could redeem rewards. I was not aware of this unusual rule or I would never have joined and participated on this site. I am not going to do this and will cancel membership, losing my points. I wanted to warn others who do not want their personal, private info shared with this sketchy site.

I have been a member of valued Opinions for years and I am completely satisfied with the number of available surveys and their excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

Meaningful questions. a variety of choices for answers.

Very responsive and positive about my concern. They have earned my respect.

It seems I can earn the rewards relatively quickly vs many other survey sites. Some surveys are way longer than they should be especially annoying when you are on one for a long time then it bumps you at the end.

An additional update. I asked a question and they were very helpful in a rapid response so I would say Valued Opinions is a great site. It is great responding to the surveys and seeing the earnings grow rapidly.

This is a fun, thought provoking and rewarding survey site to be a part of. Surveys are relevant - rewards are fun to receive and customer service is exemplary.

Cannot login and keeps saying update to latest edge or Chrome but I already am. Amatures!

Emailed support and my problem was resolved very quickly - within 24 hours. Very helpful and timely.

i have 73.34$ in my account when i reddemed my gift card after verification they locked my account. it took me 2 days that i message or emails them but they didnot replied me.

I do not want to be required to send my ID to some 3rd party just to redeem my rewards when I do not have to do this with any other survey company. So now I have redeemable points that I can't do anything with. I will never waste my time with them again.

Their Customer Service is amazing, and it makes their survey site the best one online bar none. As a survey taker and longtime customer, I highly recommend them

This was a great platform for filling survey sites and seemed absolutely legit and I have claimed about 5 rewards of Amazon vouchers valued at 500rs each. Recently, they have partnered with Veriff and asked me for a mobile verification where they asked for my id card and selfie. I shared my legitimate documents and photo and after that they claim that the verification failed and temporarily kept my account on hold. I was unable to login and requested another verification thinking something went wrong. Second time, they did the same thing again and permanently banned my account. This was least expected from Valued Opinions as it has been a legitimate website for me for so long and one of the very rare that I trusted. Absolute shame!
