I have been doing the surveys for years and have had good support from customer services.

It is a great place to do surveys. I am currently using it to help feed my 4 cats and I am so thankful Valued Opinions exists in a bad economy like this.

Awful customer service which never stands by its users

Look do not waste your time, they wait till you have enough to cash out. Then shut your account without any notice.

I enjoy taking the surveys with Valued Opinions. I occasionally have a problem not with Valued Opinions but the clients whose surveys we complete. I might be three quarters way through a survey and they decide to close surveys, or tell me I’m a better fit somewhere else after giving alot of personal information and taking valuable time and energy to complete survey in the first place. It makes me uncomfortable to give out such personal and detailed answers only to be thrown out of survey.
However, whenever that occurs or I have any type of complaint , question or feel that I was treated unfairly and unprofessionally by the survey clients of Valued Opinions….. they always respond in a prompt manner, with respect and understanding. Each and every staff member and customer service employee that I have dealt with have been so pleasant and apologetic to my situation. They are all really lovely to deal with and either rectify the issue or compensate me for my time and effort.
Thankyou all for your kindness and understanding towards our side of the issues we raise with you and the professional and pleasant way you go about it all.

Always a lot of surveys to take part in but need to do them as soon as they come in your inbox box. I have noticed that my age goes against me for my views and I am deemed unsuitable. Overall a good survey site.

Do not join this site. They take your earnings and block you when you get to much. And take all your details and surveys dont pay up after 20 minute waste off time. They are not genuine. They don't even give you answer to why or cause they take you off..just use excuse with little backup. Took 90 pounds off rewards off me no reason. BEWARE

I enjoy completing Valued Opinions surveys. It helps me reflect on what I've bought or on other decisions I've made or am about to make.

Have been on here for a long time with no issues then tge other day it wouldn't accept my usual password .I tried to my reset my password with 4 different ones and they wouldn't accept, finally after a message to them they replied saying they had suspended my account, I still had money in my account so I am really angry

I started this survey platform like a week ago and it seems okay to an extent although I believe they can make their survey more time efficient because some surveys take more than the required time to complete.
Overall I like the platform from what have seen so far, will come back to rate again after some time.

Easy way to make some extra money for gift vouchers. I save mine up to use for xmas /birthdays. Always plenty of surveys available. Support staff are always responsive and able to fix any issues quickly if something doesn't go as expected. The flexi gift card always arrives in my inbox immediately and can be used at a large range of stores. Hugh recommend giving it a go.

It took a while to get a response to my complaint but had a refund for faulty goods without any problems. Satisfied now👏

Fast response and good customer service

Good way to kill time when bored or waiting in doctors or hospital appointment. Or even when you feel lonely.

Valued Opinions is trustworthy, easy to use, and easy to buy vouchers once you have accumulated enough money.
My only negative is the "estimated time to complete" - never once have I managed to complete a survey within the time frame!
