Dreadful. Their verification process didn't work. Apparently it couldn't process a passport.

Have answered surveys with this company for many years with no problems. Suddenly could not log in. Sent query, generic answer to do new password. No luck. Eventually after lots of messages to them, was told my account permanently closed due to 'violations'. No idea what these are. Had a balance of over £10. This company cheats. Do NOT use

Disgusting company. I use many survey sites and this is by far the worst I have ever come across. The only positive is there are constant surveys available but the reward is pitiful, 25 minutes in a survey for 50p and about 60% of the time they don't even credit you for the survey, redirecting you to the screen out page when the survey states you have completed it. Dire and will be stopping using. They may value your opinions but they certainly don't value you for providing them.

Account Suspended and Balance Forfeited Without Clear Explanation

Very worst website they are collecting ur data including ur id proof it is illegal they suspend ur account without any clarification or any notice first few month it looks good but after their main goal collecting ur data only very very fraud website

No specific violations were explained, and my remaining balance was forfeited. I have submitted the w-9 and other thing.

Support responses were generic and the decision was final, leaving me with lost time, lost effort, and unreleased earnings. This platform may pay at first, but users should be aware that accounts can be closed suddenly with no transparency and no chance to recover earned rewards.

I would not recommend relying on this platform for consistent or secure income.

All of a sudden they want my photo id for verification to redeem rewards! For that measly amount they expect users to upload their national ID.

This site, these people are thieves. I am owed a reward and instead of providing it they are saying there are system issues. How long is reasonable to wait for this company to deliver on the reward they promise. Companies such as AT+T, J.D Power, etc. use this dynata platform. Do they know that consumers are being ripped off?

I give this company 5 stars they quickly resolved my problem. They got back to real fast on my enquiry.

Retired do a few surveys each day. It adds up quickly, and I obtain my rewards. My fav Amazon gift card, since I use it a lot. Not all surveys work great but its easy to keep earning rewards.

I spent a long time at Valued Opinions; it's a professional site that respects its clients. I wish them all the success.

Surveys are always available. I enjoy the surveys and of course the gift cards. Payout is prompt. Thank you for the experience

Sometimes the survey qualifies you and weeds you put at the end. You end up with no compensation for completing the entire survey. This is very frustrating. The help desk always empathizes and makes it right. I really appreciate their prompt and courteous attention.

I use many survey sites and this one is a quick earner. If I was ambitious enough, I could easily earn $10 a day. The surveys pay well. Occasionally I'll finish a survey and I'll tell me I've finished only to tell me i didn't earn anything. That's definitely frustrating but after reaching out to the support, they have satisfied me.

Great surveys mixed with fun and worthy reword

everything with the process and cash out is good for valued opinions members and the platform works well. When they improve on their rewards options a little bit they will be great.

I'm actually new here, but I have a great experience with this site. It's very good for completing surveys and has many interesting offers.

It is easy to get gift cards. The cards are sent very quickly - Sometimes within minutes. I qualify for most surveys. Once there was a problem- I didn't get credit for a survey but it was resolved within a day and I received full credit.

I was scammed $4000 worth of gift cards from valued opinions. Without warning they closed my account. Do not trust them

Valued Opinions is a legitimate survey site; you get very interesting surveys to complete and redemption is easy to accomplish once you get enough points.
