Awful company, arranged to pick up a car for my nephew, called at beginning of the week to arrange the Thursday pickup , all good, Called Thursday morning, all good, had a call from head office, all good, got to the garage, no idea, car not MOTed, car not cleaned, satnav missing, Awful attitude for the staff, had to wait over an hour and a half to get the car, manager even lost his rag and he didn't care if I wanted the or not as I had put him out by turning up.
Another customer was have the same experience whilst my fiasco unfurled

Great customer service, the dealer Jack, left me in peace to have a good look round the car, and when I was ready, took it on a good long test drive, after which he worked out a really good deal, including beating everyone else’s valuation for my part ex. Great selection of cars that were very well presented, will definitely have a look back at the dealership when I decide to change

Max especially was a credit to the V12 company. Professional and polite even for his young age. Never felt pressured to take any extras with my reasons why being accepted.

It was a great experience with V12 buying my car from them. The staff are very welcoming and led me through all I needed to know about the car over the phone. And even when the car I wanted was not available at the branch close to me, they made things a lot easier by bringing the car closer to me. Now that is good and quality service. Thanks specially to Jack for making the process seemless.

Excellent service from start to finish. Jack and Zac were very professional. Easy to reserve car, all questions (and I had plenty) were answered, very good knowledge and patience ! Test drive was a good distance and arranged straight away.

Bought £17k car from Stoke which was in for repair within 3 weeks as both driver screens failed. 5 x weeks later with no definite date for repair, I finally rejected the car for refund.
I even emailed the 2024 Young Entrepreneur of the year MD who couldn’t even be bothered to reply.
Very difficult company to contact if there are issues and a very stressful experience which I will never repeat with them.
I accept problems can occur with any car but it’s how that problem is dealt with that’s the most important thing and V12 were sadly lacking.

The whole experience was great from start to finish it was very relaxed.
Jack was very professional made us feel at ease.

I purchased a car at the start of May 2025 and the sales process was quick and efficient, however the preparation of the cars is questionable, and the aftercare service is non-existent.

If you purchase a car please bear in mind:

1) If a car is due or overdue a service they will not service it or negotiate on price - the car I purchased was 5 months overdue for a service having last been serviced in December 2022 and had been due in December 2024, they would not service it nor would they negotiate on price with this fact in mind, therefore I had to get this serviced myself at a cost of over £560 after taking delivery.
2) No documentation was sent through for the warranty, I chased this with V12 on the 27th May and have had no response despite me chasing again.
3) It has become clear after speaking to the warranty underwriter directly (as V12 will not respond) that I was mis-sold the warranty, the claim limit I was advised of at the point of sale was the purchase price of the car, this is not true, despite their being an overall limit of the purchase price the claim limit of each claim is actually £2000.
4) I have asked V12 if I can cancel the warranty due to the above and have the money paid to date returned – again, no response despite me chasing.
5) No V5C has been issued by the DVLA as of yet and it is beyond their current processing timeframes for both online and post applications, again I contacted V12 to find out how they carried out the transfer of ownership so I can take this up with the DVLA and if they can supply the new keepers supplement, again, no response despite me chasing.

He was patient, informative, and made the experience smooth, Thanks to Jack, we drove away in our new car feeling confident and happy. Highly recommend!

From our first visit yesterday where we discussed the car we liked with Max, to today where we spoke to Jack and Kobi, the experience has been excellent.
James accompanied us on a test drive which went well.
Also spoke to Zac the manager and we never felt any pressure to buy. They left us to decide between ourselves whether we wanted to buy the car or not.
We realised it was too good a car to pass on and a good price.
We would definitely recommend V12 Sports and Classics of Stoke on Trent.
