We recently purchased a car from V12 Stoke and were extremely impressed with the service we received from Jack Risso.
We were acknowledged as soon as we arrived, but never felt under any pressure. We had visited to view a particular vehicle and Jack gave us the keys so that we could look around it in our own time, letting us know that he was available if we had any questions or wanted further information.
Following a test drive, Jack took the time to discuss the vehicle with us in detail. As this was our first electric car, the battery health was particularly important, and he was able to provide this information alongside the vehicle’s full history. All of the relevant documentation was readily available for us to view during our visit, enabling us to make a properly informed decision. Every question we asked was answered clearly and without hesitation.
The level of service and information provided by Jack was in complete contrast to what we had experienced elsewhere during an entire weekend of car shopping. Even the main manufacturer’s dealership we visited in another town was unable to provide the same level of information or answer our questions as thoroughly.
Part-exchanging my own car was a difficult decision because I genuinely loved it but wanted to upgrade. V12 offered us what we considered to be a very fair price, which made the decision considerably easier.
The entire experience, from our initial visit through to completing the purchase, was excellent. Jack was professional, knowledgeable and approachable throughout, without ever being pushy. When our daughter is ready to replace her car, we will recommend V12 Stoke without hesitation. Thanks again, Jack.

Visited V12 Sports and Classics in Stoke-on-Trent to look at a car. The atmosphere at the dealership was pleasant, and everyone was approachable, making it easy to ask questions. Rich was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout, offering honest advice and taking the time to help us decide on the best option. He showed a lot of patience as we went through everything, which made the process straightforward. It was great that he arranged for us to pick up the car locally instead of having to travel further. This made things much more convenient. The overall experience felt professional yet friendly, and it’s clear they care about making things work for their customers. Happy with how everything turned out.

Ive totally updated this review. Initially things didnt go so grand-but some great people at V12 sports turned it around. Took a few days but happy in the end, car fixed and the warranty paid for it. V12 decent company and would like to mention Sophie Key and Natalie Barry, Sophie is amazing at sorting issues with warranty, Natalie too.

We do, however, feel it is important to clarify that warranty claims are assessed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the warranty, and not every component, diagnostic charge or consequential damage is necessarily covered. Any decision regarding what is or is not covered is based on the specific circumstances of the claim and the applicable warranty terms.
We appreciate that having to contribute towards repair costs can be frustrating, especially after purchasing additional warranty cover. We would be happy to review the circumstances of your claim again and provide a clear explanation of what has been authorised, what has not been covered, and the reasons why.
