Had ceramic glaze put on my lovely new RR. I took it through the car wash this week and was stunned at how glossy and like new it looked ... the glaze obviously works !

Orders online with Apple Pay and took around 5 minutes to configure my plates.
When to the shop as I only live around 20 minutes away and the plates were made in around 20 minutes.
High quality plates.
On the pricey side but still happy with my purchase
(Got a free air freshener)
I also got tints for my old car and couldn’t recommend them more for tints.
looking to go back with my new car.

Very unprofessional,
Very unprofessional,
I ask for rear square plate for my taxi and they sold my motorcycle plate which was illegal and didn’t accept by Newcastle licensing. So I had to buy a proper one from different place.
I phoned them about it, but they accused me for not buying a proper one and offer me nothing but telling me YOU SHOULD CHECK YOUR SELF WHATS LEAGL.
I’m sorry but you are selling nothing but number plate and it’s your job to sale me the correct one!!!!

Hi Dler,
We're genuinely sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction and the issues you've encountered with your order. It's crucial for us to mention that during your visit to our store, a member of our team recommended the 4x4 size number plate as the appropriate choice for a car, including taxis. We understand you chose the motorcycle plate, feeling that the 4x4 size was too large for your needs. At Utopia Plates, our priority is to provide accurate advice based on the information available to us, though the final decision on plate selection falls to the customer.
We also want to address the phone conversation you had with our staff. We strive to maintain a respectful and professional environment for both our customers and our team. It's disheartening to learn that the interaction escalated to shouting at our team members. Such behaviour makes it challenging to resolve issues constructively. We are committed to helping our customers and resolving any misunderstandings, but we must insist on mutual respect during all communications.
We regret any confusion and inconvenience this situation has caused you. Our team is here to support you and provide clarity on any questions you may have. If there's a way we can assist you further, please reach out to our customer service team, ensuring a respectful dialogue so we can work towards a resolution.

Utopia tints have got it just right
Utopia tints have got it just right! The premises are spotless including the workbays. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job on my XFR calipers and repainted my hubs too. They look great and at a very reasonable price. The same day drive in / drive out service is great. Just a couple of hours to make a real difference to your car’s appearance. Can’t see how they could do it any better and I would endorse them 100%

Amazing quality and brilliant service
Brilliant service, always there to answer questions and quick dispatch and delivery. Amazing quality and look great on the car. This is the second set of plates I’ve ordered and did not need to send in docs as they had seen them previously (only ordered another set as switched to electric and wanted the green banner, first set still in pristine condition years later). Wouldn’t order from anywhere else

Incredible service
Honestly, an impeccable service. I tried the online plates builder on a few different websites but purchased with Utopia because it was so easy to use and it was clear what I was purchasing (size, style etc). I was a bit concerned when I had to post my documents away but within 48 hours, I had my new plates delivered and documents returned (and I didn’t even pay for the quick service). Plates look great too. I’m so impressed and will 100% use again! Thanks!
