I have ordered some number plate holders from number 1 plates and considering their reviews i found it a bad experience. Its been about 7 days since i ordered the the tracking says they have been labelled and havent moved ive emailed to no reply i have rang to no answer left messages to no reply spoke to their digital ai which asked me to email i still have no plate holders and beginning to just forget about the money and order from some where else really bad customer service.

Do not use if you want to have range rover plates, they don't have a clue about the sizes and will just tell you it is correct when it is not!

Customer service is very poor!

Sent the wrong size rear number plate despite my stating the correct year on their website, never replied to my email regarding this

Everything was perfect

I ordered some plates on the 2nd March, and uploaded the required documentation on the same day whilst paying for tracked 48 hour delivery.

No plates by the Friday and order tracking not working on the website so I emailed support on Friday 6th. Got an email response on the 9th saying they would investigate and I have heard nothing since despite repeated emails.

Order tracking on the website does not work and when I call, I'm either bounced over to the website or told all lines are currently busy.

The lack of any action or response would imply that this is a complete scam. After 2 weeks I'm out of pocket, have no plates and there is no way to contact anybody to find out what is going on.

Avoid at all costs!

Very easy ordering process, ordered as birthday gift for hubby. He was really pleased with the quality and excellent delivery service. Would highly recommend 👌

I had a car plate when I asked for a bike rear.
Also ticked the box for a nine road plate as it’s for a parking bay.
And then I had 2 turn up which are no good for what I wanted and was expensive

I thought the plate cost
£12 plus change. I was shocked at checkout to find you charged me £27. You need to be more honest about your pricing. The plate itself is fine though.

Not the correct plates, for my car. Ordered bespoke plates and incorrect size and shape for model of car. Wrote and asked if the could be remade, but been ignored and no reply.
Plus point is that it was easy to order and very quick to deliver.

Delivery took 4 working days ,paid for 2 working days. Don't pay for quick delivery!

Avoid at all costs. Wish i had looked at the reviews first. Ordered with priority delivery & still no sign of plates. Got 4 different tracking number on my Evri App but all “still waiting for your parcel”. Been chasing for days, answered emails once with “being sent today” (4 days ago) and no one ever answers phone or calls you back. Now making a claim with Credit card company. Waste of time.

Real simple and straight forward. Took the measurements, added the number, pressed 'go' and 4 days later it's at my house! Great product, meteoric service, highly recommended!
