Going out of my way to review the 5* service for the BMW debadge service.
Reversed the car in.
Two staff lined up with tools and polish ready to immediately take over after each others task complete.
Badge removed.
Adhesive buffed off.
Area polished to perfection.
Any dust removed with a hoover.
Drove off a happy customer.
They do what it says on the tin.
