Not what I'd call a company with morals
Not what I'd call a company with morals. I ordered a plate and changed my mind shortly afterwards. Note that I hadn't sent them any documents and I changed my mind almost immediately after ordering. Hence they definitely didn't start to make my plates and had not incurred any costs at this point. Yet this company wanted to charge me £5 for administration for my refund! This is the first time I have EVER known a company to charge you for cancelling an order. Lots of other plate companies out there, try elsewhere. Note that they did give me my £5 back in the end but this isn't acceptable.

Dear Mr Fox,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re disappointed to read your review, especially after we provided a full refund as a gesture of goodwill. Our £5 cancellation fee covers payment processing costs we incur, even if an order is cancelled, as these fees are non-refundable to us. This policy ensures fairness and sustainability, given the significant expenses involved, especially with buy-now-pay-later services.
Furthermore, our request for original documents complies with legal regulations set by the Government. We aim to provide excellent service, and your comment on our morals feels unjust.
