Svar från Utopia Plates
Hi Abdul,
Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear your keychain hasn’t arrived yet—I completely understand the frustration. We dispatched your order the very next day after you placed it, and while we rely on Royal Mail for delivery, delays can sometimes happen. To make sure you’re not left waiting any longer, we’ve already sent out a replacement free of charge.
If you do receive both, feel free to keep the extra as a goodwill gesture from us. We’d love for you to reconsider your review once you’ve received your keychain, as we always strive to provide the best service possible. If there’s anything more we can do for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
