came on time, didn't replace the house skirting that was removed to install wiring. other than that service for the install was fine. wish there was a channel list available (not online)

The men who came out was awesome explained everything to me very perfesional. The gentle man who helped with creating my package was great over all it was the best service I had in a long time. Thank you all so much

Taking a while to get use to it,it's better than I herd. Like the price much better,great picture. The remote is different than dtv but very easy after you get use to it,love it so far.

USDish was very friendly and has excellent customer service. I had no problems with them, and had Dish at my house the next day for cable, however, due to inconsistencies with Comcast (Big shock there, huh?) decided to go with Dish for internet as well. Dish came back a few days later and installed another pole for internet, which sank overnight. I called the next day and reported it, and was scheduled with service 3 days from then. When the tech came, he said he couldn't do anything, he had to get permits from his managers. This was Sept. 3, It is now Sept. 11th. I have not heard anything back from Dish as to when or how they plan to fix this pole, which we can't walk by without hitting our heads.
My only other comment would be that it would be nice if someone would get in the 'unlimited" game with Comcast and give them some competition so that they don't feel that they have the right to name whatever price they want since they are the only provider that offers unlimited internet in my area. Not a complaint, just a suggestion.

I have had Dish for my television. When I inquired about Dish internet I was completely misled! When I learned of this, I had everything removed. I'm still waiting for the promised box to arrive to send the equipment back and it has been 2 weeks. I better not be charged for this stuff! BAD, BAD, BAD experience all the way around

DISH never showed up to install. They haven't called. They just email me and say "thanks for being a customer"...but I'm not and they don't seem to even realize it!

I think I need to upgrade my internet services cause I used all my usage too early. I need more data since I'm in school. Other than that I enjoy and love the services. Will recommend you all to all my friends and family members. Great job dish. Friendly staff working for the company.

I was a little hesitant at first about making the switch from another satellite provider. But now that I have, I'm glad I did...should have done it sooner.
No regrets! Service has been superb and the big plus is the switch to Dish TV is saving me money.

We have had pretty good service so far from dish. The only thing that I can say is they messed up a little bit on our package, we wanted Starz & Encor but didn't get it at first but then we called customer service and we have those channels now and are very happy.

I like the channels and the pricing. It has been more difficult to learn the ins and outs compared to other services. The recording segment is much more complicated. I am going to study the help channels to try to understand. I do like the quality of the picture and the offers.

Like every other company. They lie just to get you hooked into a contract. Treat you badly which in my opinion is in violation of the contract when they aren't resolving the problem. By email they used canned responses and although they said they'd help they never did. At best I received a phone number to call or an email address. If they offer email customer service then why not provide help/resolution to problems. In my last email I sent I request an email supervisor to contact me. I was provide a generic customer service phone number. No mention I'd get a call. WOW.....THIS IS EXACTLY THE TYPE OF SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM UVERSE AFTER MANY YEARS WITH THEM. WITH DISH IM GETTING IT ALL THE FIRST MONTH. IF A SUPERVISOR DOESNT COBTACT ME I WILL CONDIDER MY YOU VOIDED MY CONTRACT.

It is great. We travel alot and we can watch dish anywheres we go.

I have had Dish TV for about 2week's and so far have had a good experience with picture and quality. I still haven't had a chance to pay my bill or call about any issues that may occur. Looking forward to not having problems in the future, fingers crossed.

There are groups that are not Dish and will speak with you as if they're Dish. Only to associate a $40.00 fee to hook you up with Dish. I was very disappoint after reviewing my account and see that extra fee. I was totally fooled and was very upset. My problem is not with Dish, but with the contract folks they have selling there product.

Very happy with our technician. He was courteous, pleasant and respectful.
