Not sure why there are so many stations listed in my guide that I don't receive. It's a pain to have to scroll by them. There is one local station that I received with cable that you don't offer. They tell me that they authorized you to offer it. WNEP 2. You do offer standard WNEP which is a good thing.

When I order Dish the representative told me I qualified for the best package but when the technician installed it he said I didn't even have HD TV and I know the guy told me I qualified for it with all tvs!! It was a horrible experience then I call customer service they didn't know and could only knock off 100 for the hopper!! It was horrible

The tec was great, very nice and pleasant. He knew his job and was very clean about the work. We were very pleased with the service.

Love having Dish all channels great... but when they installed. my dish it was right in front of the house , he said it would not go anywhere else it looks horrible...

everything is great much better service then the local cable.

The dish installer came to my home and said he could not get a signal . He told me I should get a refund of the $49.99 I paid. As if now my request for dish has cost $49.99 for nothing. I am completely disgusted with dish network and will stay with Charter Spectrum.

I was promised a large button remote, I'm a senior with vision issues and the small button remote is impossible to use. I was told I could get a large button remote but installer said that was not available.

Service has been great. But, was locked in for $79 and my first bill is $96.. Why?

I'm enjoying Dish because it has all of the channels that I have been looking for, never enjoyed television better!!!

Do not get this services, customer services are not appropriated training to tell you the true about their services.
I got Dish only for 8 days. I was not happy with the services call customer for cancellation, now they are charging me $400.+ for each services internet and $400. for cable for cancellation fees.
I do not may pay cancellation fees but to pay $921. for cancel that is ridiculous.
We should go to court to stop the Dish Scam with customers.

Dish is the worst tv service to ever have. They won't work with you at all to help you be satisfied... Dont get Dish Network!!!!!

Trouble figuring out how to get certain stations. Is there a video available to help me figure out how to get into the stations that I really want to watch?

I decided to have dish network put in my home because they were offering the free sports pack for one year. I directly asked the guy on the phone if I would get every nfl game with that like you do with the a little more expensive directv. I was told yes by 2 different salesman on 2 different occasions. I made it very clear that's what I was interested in as I don't live in the local area of my favorite teams. Once the system was installed I quickly found out that's not the case. You get one nfl channel that's very biased that's suppose to show every touchdown of every game. That part is not even true because my team score on a 4th down 10 yard line and they were showing a game that was at midfield. Very unhappy and will not be paying any bills for this junk!!!!

My TV has gone out 3 times, for various lengths, during my first 2 weeks as a Dish customer. 2 of those times were during heavy rainstorms. I hope service improves. I do fully enjoy the functionality the Hopper brings. Picture quality is as good as any other HD programming I've seen.

From the start, service installation was three hours late!!!! I took off work early to be available during time frame! I called customer service who seemed uncaring to my issue. I was promised a $20 credit on first month bill for my inconvenience which never happened. The satellite goes in and out and channel selection not so great! I'll be switching to ATT Uverse!!!

I choose your company for the price quoted over the phone
When my bill came on the second day it was almost twice as much

I 've had dish for a few weeks now. Im very satisfied with the channels and service. I love the sunday ticket!

In 1 week of receiving dish network my equipment had hardware failure I calls technical support got through to someone after about 5 attempts they said I would need new equipment, I was told I would receive the new receiver by the 16th and I did not receive it till the 17th. I was told my bill would reflect till the 16th the day I was supposed to receive it. .
