Our dish looks great on our home and equipment is easy yo use. The picture is better than any others service out there. Plus your price is more fare. We are very much satisfied with Dish T.V.

Difficult navigating through channels, and poor instructions.

'Ive used DSL and cable before. I have dish set up at an RV park and it is located in a valley. The reception is better than I expected. The service installer, Josh was very courteous and proficient. He did an excellent job.

I have had problems ever since installed, the latest being the super Joey doesn't seem to connect completely with the hopper. Can't get the dvr function to work on the hopper, every time we try to watch something it turns off. Joey's dvr seems to work, but favorites created on hopper don't show up on joey. I'm planning on calling when I get off work today, if this can't be fixed or if I continue to have problems I am going to have to drop service. If I get a charge for early termination I am going to put all recorded and written correspondence of my problems on Yelp and youTube. I payed Direct $140 to terminate and come over to Dish because you promised great service at a cheaper price. All I've been getting so far is cheaper quality of service.

Just returned to Dish after several years of DirecTV escalating rates. I came back to Dish only for new subscriber perks and locked in rate for 24 months. At end of this honeymoon if Dish offers me nothing for continuing service as a loyal customer I will leave Dish and return to DirecTV and become a return subscriber with perks and reduced service rates for another 24 months. Both satellite services offer exactly same program material and have no interest in retaining loyal subscribers. By then maybe internet streaming full network TV service will be a reality and we will be given opportunity to select and be charged for only channels of our choice for viewing. I can dream can't I? For being honest this review will probably not be made available for review.

Dish budleing went out of there way to make our bundle have everything we wanted at a price we could afford. Thank you Dish

Dish is great im enjoying it

When I first signed up I was given a specific price I'd be paying each month. 2 weeks into service I get a bill that's $20 more. I call and ask about it and they say they can't do anything for me. They tell you one thing and charge you another

When I was trying to get dish they didn't inform me that to get Netflix you need the internet. Therefore I have a free year but can't watch it because I'm not paying a seperate bill of $80 just for internet to watch Netflix they should have a deal or offer cheaper just for Netflix!

They showed up and knew exactly what to do . I was impressed that they stayed late on a Friday in order to get it completed.

The Customer Service, The Installers and the follow up services have been nothing short of excellent. Thanks !

No problems with anything. More options than Direct

Where to begin....I chose dish since it was basically my only option, but after what I have dealt with I would rather not have TV or Internet.

My first complaint was their installation process. They didn't have very many available days or times, so I rearranged my life so I could make time for them to come out (which was fine). I even cut my family vacation short to make sure I was back in time to meet the installer. Our date was set for Thursday at noon. I receive multiple notifications about the date about two days prior and the next day after- reminding me. 11:45 rolls around on Thursday (after I get all the notifications from dish that Morning about when I should be expecting the installer) and the installer calls me to tell me that he doesn't have the supplies he needs to do the job. That's alright... I guess..: we can reschedule... I'll give up another day. We reschedule for Monday at noon. The guy promised me that he'll get it done within 3 hours and that he's sorry for everything. I have an appointment on Monday night at 5pm so I figured that would be plenty of time to install. Monday comes- the Installer doesn't show up until 1 and doesn't leave until 6:45pm. He still wasn't prepared with what he needed and had to have another guy bring him more parts. Long story short i missed my appointment and I am not impressed. I do not think that they have good customer care.
To top it off the installer also wanted me to pay extra for parts that were supposed to be included in the setup.

All in all if you don't have to use them then don't.

The Technician was tremendous and made the experience better. I would highly suggest Dish and their employees.

IT TOOK OVER A WEEK TO GET EVERYTHING BACK UP AND RUNNING CORRECTLY. ALOT OF FRUSTRATION ADDED TO THE MONEY & TIME SPENT ON HAVING TO TAKE OFF WORK TO BE HERE THE ENTIRE TIME A TECH WAS HERE .... WHICH WAS A TOTAL OF ABOUT 10 HRS OVER THE COURSE OF 2 DAYS! :(

Service so far is far better than Cox, "Hands down". Initial installation by Armando Vega was an excellent representative of Dish. I decided to add another TV in another room, and again the other tech, Jose Delgado was equally as professional and informative. Dish! These guys deserve a raise!.
