Very helpful

Taking many days to get the Internet hooked up. Dish guy has seemed pushy to have me leave a key so he can get into the house while I'm not there. I think he forgot the last appt to get theb internet up and running on purpose to try to have me leave a key somewhere so he could again get in without me being there. Internet is supposed to be done tomorrow after a week and a half after the television was hooked up.

Great service! Our install was scheduled the very next day after we signed up. We've had 0 issues... Thanks so much Dish!

I came from directv to dish and have a few complaints. I'm not sure if it's because I was with directv for so long but the user interface and the for functions are a lot less user friendly. Also I am currently watching the game of thrones series on HBO demand and dislike the process of having to go back to the on demand area pick out the series pick the episode and wait for it to download. Surely there is a better way to streamline this process.

some of your advertised channels are supposed to be HD. You told me those channels were HD, After watching bravo, E and some other channels, they are not at all what i was used to watching on Xfinity. Their channels are far superior to what you have to offer

I selected dish to bundle Internet and tv at my home. I've had the worst customer service experience of my entire life with frontier. Multiple no shows for installation at my house, multiple no call backs from managers I've spoken to, and an overall lack of concern and ownership to fix the issue. I still have no internet service to this day. Only giving dish 2 stars because they have chose to affiliate themselves with such a horrible company. Since I can't get anyone at frontier to do anything maybe you folks at dish can straighten them out since they are advertised as a bundle with you.

Stand alone or if Dish could have installed my internet the way they did my tv I would give them 4-5 stars.

Dish is a great TV service to have could not be happier

The installation was a very positive experience, kind and professional. So far so good.

Hopper does not compare in function or ease of use to DirectTV's

41 they put a dish on the ground for a week the wind came knocks over didn't have service for two days when they got here they put it on a pole didn't bury the wire we still haven't received internet in 3 weeks

I have yet to have my Dish system installed. But when I talk to agent ther are from the Middle East Etc. and they never got order correct. I have tried to straighten it out and finally I think it is correct. I have made 5 calls to attempt to get my order and mostly the installation time and date correct. The local technician understood my frustration and gave me another phone number and it called an overseas again but this agent e-mailed me again an finally it was accurate. Why can't we use America agents to deal with?????

I recently switched the dish and watched a movie the first week that we had the On-demand options. We did not realize that it could take So Long to "download" a movie to watch. To call it "on demand" is almost misleading. I realize this whole concept is new within the last two years to the Dish world but they seriously need some other options for watching high definition movies that are available. we are glad to have the nice price break however.

Volume doesn't work on channels since day 1

There is so much you offer, an orientation of the installer of 10-minutes didn't assist us at all. My wife is hearing impaired, closed captions will not come up on one of the tree TV sets we have. We're not please at all with the leave behind instructions.

I have had bad luck so far with my service, i requested a channel guide and waited over two weeks called and asked for a channel guide and was told that it would be sent, waited another week and still no guide. Called again and asked for a supervisior and was told that he or she was too busy to take my call. If i havent have signed a 2 year contract I would cancell my service i am very dissapointed in Dish

I only have a few things that I dislike. One is every once in a while, the hopper turns off and says some card doesn't go with that hopper. And then after a minute, it disappears and the tv starts working again. The other thing is the tv constantly switches channels to what's recording. I know it asks if you want it to switch, but when my kids are watching, they can't hit yes or no! They're too little to use the remote. So I'm constantly going in their room to change the channel back for them. Other than those two things, it's been great!

The lack of channels is disappointing. Redundant channels are unnecessary, and no Seattle channels.

PERFECT MANAGER AND ASSISTANT. DESCRIBED EVERYTHING AND MADE IT VIRTUALLY HELPFUL. WE HAVE HAD NO ISSUES.

Had install schedule on 10/17/15 between 12 and 5 PM and had NO Dish Network installer showed up or did anyone from Dish Network call and say installer would not be there on that date as promised. I drove 2 hours that morning to be at our lake house to meet dish to have my service install. Today 10/21/15 still have not herd from Dish Network on what happened. I am think hard if I still want there service after what happened.

How can you say you provide local channels in CT when it only gives NY stations. I would have never subscribed if I knew I would no be able to view my local new stations. What do I care what is going on in NY.
So I guess I then have to be penalized to break my contract.
