I have called the customer service to upgrade my channels and I found out that I can not upgrade my channels unless I pay 110 Dollars. As customer I fell unsatisfied and It is not a good start.

I must say I've had dish before years ago and I've never been so disappointed. I'm not sure if something was changed or its new people operating the system but it now sucks!! I just had dish reinstalled in my new home and I highly regret it. I've spoke with several different workers and they all aren't giving me what I'm asking for. When I signed up for dish a few weeks ago I said I wanted the $29.99 a month for 12 months package, well I did not get that they gave me the two year lock package and it's high. I refuse to pay $78.00 for the top 120+ channels. It doesn't even have the channels I watch (which is BET and LMN) these are the only channels I watch other then cartoons for my kids. When I had dish before I paid $42.00 and I had every channel I wanted, what's so different now. I do not recommend dish to ANYONE. That's just embarrassing. Let's not mention I paid $49.00 to install it then they sent me a bill a few days after it was installed. Hell I maybe got to watch 3 movies. Before my bill was here. I will be CANCELING and switching to direct tv at least they will give me what I ask for. Dish network is a example of a conartist.

I've had Charter, Comcast, Nulik,, and none of them come close to the HD, rates or customer Service like "The Dish"

To obtain service I paid twice as much even after my credit was approve and ok'd for a $20 deposit which turned into approx. $183.

The new customer process involved multiple calls back and forth between your rep and I. It was a huge hassle . You rep promised me $100 Visa card (Yet to see that in the mail)

THERE are CHANNELS I should have but to irritated to call DISH service dept to find out why!

was happy getting dish however 2 days after signing up i get an offer in the mail of a free dvr up grade and a visa gift card.... I did get a 25 dollar gift card but the specail was for 75 dollars I guess I didnt get the best deal after all.

I'm giving one star because they do exist. All false promises when I signed up and was billed to excess while it didn't even work.. Resolution was a Fifty dollar credit but was unable to unlike service and return equipment without excessive fees ... In a two year contract now of misery... I'm sure at two years their will be more fees!! Don't let them put the dish on your house. I truly hate it regret it.....

I love that the "cable" isn't going out all the time! DISH stays on through most storms and if it goes out at all, it is only for a few minutes! However, I have had bad luck with boxes. I had one freeze up and now the replacement is breaking as well. That part is a hassle.

Just wanted to mention Christy. She's an amazing technician who came to our house and worked very hard to install Dish. She was patient and persistent in her work and very kind to my older parents. She took the time to explain how to work the remotes, and left contact information in case they had questions after the instillation was complete.

Like everything except the guide. try finding your problem you like to record.

The technician was very helpful, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were pleased with the product!!!

So far I enjoy my services, and it's also cheap, would recommend anyone to get dish services.

Needs to dress more professional

I had Time Warner and AT&T Uverse and my USDISH experience outshines both of those "marriages." Time Warner probably had more down time due to its outdated infrastructure and their customer service was frustrating and lengthy. Uverse was better but there was many hiccups at the start on bad connections away from my house. They also took away the most important channel on my TV because they did not want to settle with Fox Sports1 (64 cents a month, I think). Then they gave me false information on that deficiency. So I switched to USDISH and I think they have the best technical equipment to offer and I have had no trouble with my reception or picture. I love the Hopper and teh ability to record prime shows without the commercials. And SIRI stations included allows for easy listening when we are not watching TV. Even that little 30 second replay and 30 second skip ahead button is a time saver. And the price was the cheapest to boot. I locked my price in for two years because I hate hassles!

cannot give you a review because my hook up date is still 3 days away

First time we called to have it set up, the person that was supposed to set it up never showed three times in a row and never called. so we cancelled it. the second time we called, after being on phone for about three hours they said we would get internet service too and took the fee out for it as well us other fees, from our bank account. then after the third hour, they said they couldn't get internet service for us, but yet billed us for it, and then wouldn't put our money back into the account. DISH is crappy, CRAPPY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! please quit sending us emails. do not contact us!
