A very satisfied customer
After receiving a renewal quote from our existing insurer, which was a significant increase on the current year, I found 'myTribeinsurance' via Google and they put me in touch with Usay compare. We were promptly contacted by Jovianne Beeby and have been very pleased with the research she undertook and the recommendations she made. We now await the documentation from our new insurer together with the Usay Welcome Pack.

We recently took out pvt medical…
We recently took out pvt medical insurance through Usay. The agent we dealt with was Jordan English, who was helpful, knowledgeable and informative. Also not too pushy which we appreciated. The quote we went with was via Aviva which we hope will prove to be good and affordable, and Jordan provided us with a few options to consider. The policy will start soon and we're hoping we've made the right decision. Thanks again to Jordan for his help and advice.

Jack Cook made all the difference. Patient, professional, knowledgeable and transparent. Trying to buy Private Healthcare is a minefield establishing if what you are paying for will deliver on your needs and always having to compare apples with pears. A navigation nightmare (sector - take heed...) but Jack knew the terrain and how to navigate it. Light years ahead of our previous broker. So thank you Jack!
