Fixed within a few hours of calling
They came out within a few hours of me reporting the problem and it was fixed within an hour. Really great service.

United utilities could not answer first call regarding reporting a leak on the highway ,they did ring back and took the location of leak and repaired it.

The immediate response was quick + effective
The immediate response was quick and informative. The guy who can was lovely, told us what was going on, why the leak hadn't quite stopped (although much improved) and that he would get us some help to remedy the damage caused by the leak. The two guys who completed the works worked into the night to get the issue fixed, and the remedial work to the path was largely done the following day.
Forshaw group were in contact immediately and that is an ongoing process.
Very happy with information, responsiveness and liaision

Blocked soil drain very quickly cleared
We had a blocked shared soil drain that was close to overflowing. It was on a Saturday. United Utilities came within two hours and unblocked it. Fantastic service and very helpful staff.
