Service so far has been excellent- however i’ve dropped you a star as the message says the service is complete- all of gats happened so far is an inspection not the fix. This has caused me some concern as we were told someone would come out within 28 days….

…Blocked manhole
The two men that turned up Brendon and Sam were super polite and efficient, within 5 minutes , they had cleared the blocked manhole, then they inserted a camera into the drain and checked for further blockages all the way up to the main sewer .They explained everything they were doing every step of the way.
Could not praise the two gentlemen enough.

After contacting united utility to tell them about our problem with a smell coming up from under our front room, l was contacted within half an hour to say that an engineer was coming out and was going to inspect the issue. They came out within 2 hours spent more than four and a half hours trying to find the problem were the best guys ever really professional and telling us what was happening all the time with what they couldn't find and what they did find. Many thanks to Robert Williams and his colleague l didn't catch his name sorry but equally nice. Thanks again
