Unflatpack Omdömen

So pleased I found Unflatpack to help me realise the wardrobe of my dreams, but at a fraction of the cost. I found the process to be relatively straightforward and Kasia was brilliant at answering questions throughout the design and ordering stages. Lee was a demon carpenter - fast, focused and charming. The wardrobe is gorgeous, strong and spacious. One small regret I have is that we didn’t spend more time agreeing how high the clothes rail should be (didn’t see that coming). I would recommend Unflatpack wholeheartedly!

This is my first time using unflatpack and my experience has been very positive throughout, from design, quotation and wardrobe assembly. The team is professional, approachable and thoughtful. I would recommend this to everyone.

Had a great experience with Unflatpack from start to finish. Kasia was very helpful and sent across a design and quote very quickly. I had a very tricky space and they worked very hard to ensure everything fit perfectly with an excellent end result. Will was brilliant at the installation - very professional and thorough, staying late and returning again to ensure it was all complete. I'm very happy with the end result.

Lee was fantastic. Very polite, punctual and got the job done quickly, with a good quality finish. Very happy, would highly recommend.

Really great service from start to finish. The planning stage was easy and then the work was carried out to a very high standard. Lee worked tirelessly to get the job completed in one day

Highly organized and efficient company, excellent advice and checking on components pre-build, great build team and our thanks particularly to Alfie for working so hard and turning out a top job in the planned time. We would definitely recommend Unflatpack and would use them again.

The design consultation process with Anthony was very helpful. The team took time to understand our needs well and were patient with changes.

The installation is key and Alfie, the installer was just great. While they initially estimated a 2 day job, it eventually took 3 days because of some additional detail. But Alfie did not hurry through the process and took time to get everything right, and worked through the job including on the Saturday, until he (and we) were satisfied with the final finish. Highly recommend these guys.

Really quick efficient service utilising what we bought after we realised we were out of our depth! Thanks to all the team!

A brilliant service! Denver was very helpful, suggesting a slightly different layout than planned that worked really well. He also took extra care when building the cupboards in to match the wood grain.

The service was faultless from start to finish. Lee was great - worked solidly and left the room spotless. Highly recommended.

Excellent service! Great communication from the office staff & Alfie who came & built the wardrobes did a fab job!

Excellent communication and very responsive, when the original team couldn't come due to injury, Denver and Jake stepped in and worked over the weekend to install our wardrobes. They were fast and efficient and lovely to have in the house. Customer service was excellent in the run up to the installation. Very happy.

Cant thank this guys enough! Made my day. Lee was amazing, very professional and he knew exactly what we needed! When we decide to install more wardrobes we will definitely contact him! Thanks a lot 🙏

We absolutely love the wardrobe that Unflatpack built in for us. They were great from start to finish, very communicative and excellent results!

The experience from start to end was seemless. Kasia helping with redesign of the wardrobes and getting it all booked in to Lee doing a fantastic job in fixing the wardrobe making it look a custom made one. Just fabulous job from the team

Fantastic service - beautiful wardrobes and expertly done

Unflatpack have been a pleasure to work with. We originally approached hammonds who quoted us at £15k for our wardrobe. Unflatpack delivered a much better experience in a shorter quoted time frame at a fraction of what hammonds quoted (£3k). Anthony and Denver were informative and helpful in designing the wardrobe through Ikea.

Will who fitted the wardrobe has done a fantastic job especially as our walls in our older victorian home are far from straight! Will was very professional, friendly and timely arriving early, leaving late and very clean! We simply cannot recommend Unflatpack enough, and will be using them again in the future.

We had a fantastic experience with the entire Unflatpack team. Anthony explained the entire process to us in a clear manner and answered all of our questions. Our installer-Alfie was extremely professional and took great care in his attention to detail and high quality craftsmanship. We were left stunned at how beautiful our dressing room turned out and you would NEVER tell that this was achieved at a fraction of the price compared to other more expensive companies. Definitely will be recommending to friends and would use again if needed in the future.

I chose Unflatpack after a friend recommended them. Communication with Kasia and the team was great from start to finish, the design calls were helpful and all my questions were answered. Lee fitted my wardrobe and he was really friendly, and did a great job, I'm really happy with my finished wardrobe.

Absolutely incredible and flawless experience from start to finish - we recommend wholly.
